The Seascape Oasis is also equipped with a washer and dryer if you should need to take care of any laundry throughout your stay. We want your vacation to be as carefree and comfortable as possible. That’s why we provide all the essentials, including fresh linens, toiletries, and even baby gear like a Pack n Play and high chair. You’ll also find a convenient starter supply of everyday necessities to help you settle in with ease.

Heading to the beach? We’ve got you covered with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrella and a cooler – everything you need for a perfect day in the sun. All you’ll need is sunscreen!

This prime location is is just minutes from IMG Academy, local parks like GT Bray, and scenic outdoor spots including Robinson Preserve and the De Soto National Memorial – perfect for hiking, biking, kayaking, and nature lovers of all kinds.

Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

These cameras are located by the front doors of the house only.

They will record audio and video.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.
1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking spot. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
6. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
7. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
8. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 68°F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.
9. Do not dye hair on the property. There are many local hair and nail salons near by that can take care of you by appointment or walk in.
10. Children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Know your abilities in the pool. Please use caution in and around the pool.
11. No parties or events that exceed the number of guests renting the property. The maximum is 5 people.

We supply the first serving of coffee & water for your convenience as well as the essentials for example paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. after that it’s your responsibility.
