South Topsail is an amazing, laid-back community that prides itself on it's beautiful beaches and family friendly atmosphere. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones! We're a hop, skip and a jump from the downtown/boardwalk area which has a part, shopping, restaurants and ice cream. We're also very close to the Jolly Roger pier and the missile museum. Surf City is a short drive away. Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.

I’ve stayed here three times now and absolutely love the location — it’s fantastic! Super close to the beach access and just a short walk or bike ride to great food and shopping. The pier is always such a fun highlight, too.This visit, we did notice the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to the standard we’ve experienced in the past. The lampshades and hallway ceiling had some mildew, and the floors left our feet dirty pretty quickly after arrival. I live in a beach town in Virginia, so I understand how challenging it can be to stay ahead of the damp, salty air — but a bit more attention to detail in cleaning would make a big difference.Even with a nor’easter rolling through, we still really enjoyed our stay and plan to check availability again for our trip next year. Hoping for that same great experience we’ve had in the past, just with a little extra care on the cleanliness side!

This property was perfect for a quick stay at the beach. We usually rent a house for the week & are used to having to bring linens, towels, & household necessities, but everything was supplied. The best part was the convenience of the beach access & the privacy. This section of beach was not crowded at all & there is more shoreline on this end of the island. Communication was great & our questions were answered in a timely manner by property management &/or owner.

Great Stay by the beach!

This place was cute, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our group of five. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, even with basic seasonings. My favorite part is that it was so close to the beach access! Just a couple minutes walk. I would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Topsail. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and helpful. Thank you Jonathan for a great stay!

3 days in Heaven

Overall we had a fantastic time and the location was great. The management office responded quickly to issues. What you should consider when renting this property. You will need to bring your own amenities (soaps, shampoo's, toilet paper wouldn't hurt, trash bags, charcoal, matches/lighters, and utensils for grill). We left the lighter in the drawer next to the stove but it won't last long. There were a few issues where cleaning crew are taking shortcuts (such as the A/C air filter had not been replaced or cleaned all year as the dirt had built up to surpass the outer grate and the smoke alarm was inoperative) but the management responded quickly to correct these issues.

Location was close to the beach but that was the about the only thing good about the property.

Perfect Multi-age Bachelorette Weekend!

We had an amazing time for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. This spot was ideal for enjoying the beach, games, and good food in the Topsail Beach Area. A highlight of our trip was a visit to the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital. A few suggestions...Clean the fridge! (yuck) Replace the toilet seat so that it fits correctly on the toilet. Be sure to leave enough towels.

Topsail stay

The property was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. However, the refrigerator could have been updated to one which didn't appear to be covered in rust. The front and backyard had the appearance of not being mowed for several weeks as it was covered in tall weeds. We didn't use the backyard due to this. Despite these things the place was very comfortable.

Great time at a great beach house!

Had a great time at this spacious, beautiful and very clean beach house. We had a little bit of an issue getting the keypad to let us in at first, but the property manager was prompt in responding to us and we got in shortly after. Would definitely recommend staying here, we wanted to stay longer!!!
