Alarm bells rung as they kept changing the address of the apartment! First they tried to put me into an apartment that was not anything like what was advertised on the booking platform, it was small and filthy. So I said that this was not the same apartment that i had booked. They then asked me for the pictures of what i had booked, after a telephone call, i was told they had the right apartment for me. After a short taxi ride, we were shown to another apartment, which was similar to what i had booked, though much smaller than i had anticipated. However, i was fine with that as pictures can be deceiving! What i was not ok with was the state of the apartment, the bed sheets had not been changed, there were hairs and stains in the bedding, pubic hair on the toilet seat and the whole apartment, including the shelves and cupboards were absolutely filthy...i could not even put anything on the surfaces before i cleaned everything thoroughly. When i complained, they offered to send someone to clean the place, however this 'cleaning' just involved changing the bedding and mopping the floor! I cannot believe that the hosts are advertising this as a luxury apartment...it was anything but! Avoid at all cost...really not worth the hassle. The hosts really didn't care about providing a quality service...after much to-ing and fro-ing, they offered to give me a refund, charging me the 1 night i was forced to stay (due to the late time after travelling 36 hours). Zero stars of possible!
