Nice location. Pools were awesome as well as access to the beach. BBQ area was great to have a cookout with the family. A/c seemed to struggle for October weather. We also tried to use laundry which made our clothes smell and dryer didn't work. Great to have beach cart toys, and chairs were a plus

The cable box in the master bedroom did not work. We were notified we could not use the guest bathroom shower because it was leaking below so that was 4 people for one bathroom.The smoke alarm in one bedroom went off randomly 3 different nights waking us up (we never cooked in the unit). The hair dryer provided in the master bathroom was broken. There was no ice maker the refrigerator.

Would NOT book again

The a/c unit quit working during the night. The condo was 83 degrees inside when we woke up. Called at 9am and explained the situation. We were told that someone would be out to fix it. We were not given a time frame for when someone would be there. The condo reached 91 degrees inside. We reached out again and were told that someone would be there but again no time frame. No one ever came to fix the actual a/c unit the solution was 2 portable a/c units for 2 of the 3 bedrooms. They were brought around 5pm. The condo was still 84 degrees inside When we left the next day. We have been told by Vacasa that the a/c is an amenity. The a/c not working properly is obviously an ongoing issue because they have directions inside the unit stating not to move the temperature more than 2 degrees at a time due to the a/c unit freezing. We have a child with lung issues and it was scary to not have anywhere to take him for relief from the heat and humidity. The kitchen lacked enough silverware, utensils, pots, and pans. There was one single hot pad. The condo inside is very outdated. This was our 4th time at this condo complex but first time in this specific condo. I would not book with Vacasa again. Very disappointed.

Great location, needs some TLC

We loved the layout, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect in this complex. Not loud but near to the indoor pool. We loved the complex. Pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, restaurant, outdoor pools, walkable to the beach. The condo needs some detailing. Lots of spots on the walls and dust. Beds and bathroom were clean. Overall would stay again.

Quick trip to a family birthday celebration

My family and I were very happy with our three night stay. It was very clean and cozy. We loved all the amenities at the resort. There are a few things that could be updated. The beds were not super comfortable. But that would not stop us from renting again. We definitely recommend the property and will be back.

Very comfortable

This was a great rental! We spent a lot of time at the beach and pool, which were lovely and never over-crowded. The rental itself was very comfortable and well-stocked. We appreciated the ability to cook a meal or reheat leftovers. Overall, we’d return!

Nice Unit Reasonably Close to Beach

Unit was very clean and included most of what we needed (could have used a few cleaning supplies). Walk to beach is about 15 minutes and will likely require a cart. The 15 minute walk to the beach is a trade-off for renting a lower cost unit. Turnkey always responded to texts with questions; most attentive rental management company I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend Turnkey and this unit.

Family trip

We had a few problems at the security gate when we were checking in. Took some time to get that resolved. I was contacted by the rental company and they apologized for the problems and said they would compensate us for our loss time but I'm still waiting to see how and when we will be compensated. Also told that we could have a late check-out but then at the last minute was told we couldn't. We did enjoy the resort! Our rental was nice and clean. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots, pans, etc but some of those could be updated. All in all we had a great time in Hilton Head and will definitely return.
