The Space:
Settle into a family-friendly, easygoing condo designed for beach-and-golf getaways. The home sleeps up to 6 across a private bedroom, a cozy bunk alcove just off the living room, and a queen sleeper sofa—ideal for families or a small group.
Relax in the living area after a day out, and step to the nearby alcove where kids will love the twin-over-twin bunks. The private bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV for winding down. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the home, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple. Outside, enjoy an outdoor seating area for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. You’ll also have access to a communal outdoor pool for refreshing dips between adventures.

Important Things to Note
• Sea Pines gate access and parking: You’ll purchase your gate pass at the Sea Pines front gate upon arrival. Keep the pass visible on your mirror at all times during your stay. Parking is lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. A weekly resort fee of $30 per vehicle is required and is payable directly at the gate. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Communal pool: Access to a community outdoor pool is included. Location and availability are managed by the community/HOA.
• Stairs: The home has stairs. Please see photos for details.
• HVAC: The thermostat cannot be set below 68°F to prevent the unit from freezing.
• Pet policy (Hilton Head): We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One dog (50 lbs or less) is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location and Logistics: From your location at 79 Lighthouse Road, you are just a five-minute stroll from the iconic Harbour Town Yacht Basin, where your family can climb the famous red-and-white striped lighthouse for panoramic ocean views, play at the Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground, and enjoy waterfront dining while watching the boats.
