This home has only been offered for rent for a few weeks each year and is newly opened up for year round rentals. The owners have enjoyed relaxing by the pool, people watching on the beach and watching games on the tv on the screened porch. This home is offered pet-friendly. Because this home was a true second home that the owners enjoyed with their family it is very well provisioned and maintained.

Wander south on the beach to enjoy the bar and restaurant at the Sea Pines Beach Club or north on the beach to the Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim's and the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.

Enjoy the amenities of Sea Pines, shopping and dining in Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center or South Beach Marina, home of the famous Salty Dog restaurant. You don't want to miss the incredible views from the Quarterdeck restaurant in Harbour Town (make reservations well in advance). There is often live music at the Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town and the Salty Dog in season. You may want to enjoy a dolphin tour or sunset cruise out of the Salty Dog or out of Harbour Town. There are also a variety of water sports available. Ride bikes or hike on the miles of leisure paths you may even get a glimpse of an alligator sunning on the banks of a lagoon. Golf at the three Sea Pines courses, play tennis or pickleball or visit the horses at Lawton Stables.

Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park are not far away with shops restaurants, a pirate ship playground and The Sandbox children's museum. You may also want to visit the butterfly garden at the Coastal Discovery Museum.

This home has a family-friendly open floor plan perfect for your beach getaway. There are three bedrooms located on the main floor each with a full bath with a guest half bath. The upstairs bedroom has 4 beds, a full bath and sofa area for watching tv or playing video games, it's a perfect spot for hanging out. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room. There is a big screened porch off the living room that has sofas and a pub table for 4 along with a TV. The upper deck off the living room has a large table with umbrella that seats 6 and a propane grill for enjoying an outside meal. The pool deck has a variety of sofas, chairs and loungers for relaxing around the firepit. The pool has a hot tub and and shallow sun ledge for the kids or for enjoying a beverage in the pool. There is an additional fee for heating the pool and spa. Enjoy the outdoor covered patio. There is also a private outdoor shower to wash off after a fun day at the beach.

The house is well-provisioned including a selection of serving dishes. pots and pans, baking dishes and a small selection of spices. There is a selection of games and cards on the screened porch and beach wagons, umbrellas, chairs, toys and games by the pool. We do provide beach towels.

This home is close to the Ocean Gate, or back gate, of Sea Pines onto S Forest Beach Dr. That means that you can be in and out of the community in minutes and off to the shopping and dining around the island. The bike path is at the end of the street. There is also a trolley service to get you around Sea Pines. You can also ride bikes in and out of the Ocean Gate, just remember to have your pass to get into the gate, or ride the beach to the beach walk.

We use smart locks for easy self-checkin, There is ample parking for 5 cars but the town only allows 1 per bedroom so maximum on-site parking is 4 cars. Additional parking is available.
