    Dette enkelt nivåer Sea Pines-hjemmet i en rolig gate er U-formet med skyvekontroller som åpner mot inngjerdet dekk og basseng fra Hovedsoverommet, stuen, kjøkkenet og hiet. Det romslige brasilianske valnøtt dekkområdet har en utendørs dusj (med varmt og kaldt vann), basseng (med belysning under vann for svømming om natten), mange stoler, sjeselong og et paraplybord med glass som kan brukes til uteservering.
    Vårt røykfrie, kjæledyrfrie hjem har lyse, store rom og er perfekt for familier og / eller store grupper, da det har to store oppholdsrom - en stue og et eget familierom. Den har også en master-suite, 2 andre store soverom, og en mindre suite med fjerde soverom / barnepike med eget bad.
    Huset har 2 innendørs spisesteder - en spisestue med et glassbord for 6 og et spisekjøkken med både et bord for 6 og barkrakk sitteplasser for 3 ved granitt benkeplater. Det er en kort sykkeltur til Sea Pines strandklubb. 4 sykler er inkludert W / LOCKS !!!
    Sea Pines er et feriested i verdensklasse med uberørte strender, miles av asfalterte sykkelstier, Lawton Stables med en levende husdyrpark, offentlige golfbaner, Racquet Clubs, servering, shopping og full operative marinaer i Harbour Town og South Beach Marina Village med vannsport, fiskekart og live underholdning.

House was reasonably priced for Sea Pines during the summer and we enjoyed the stay overall, but the house was not very clean. There was a layer of dust everywhere and the dishes all appeared to be dirty (we had to wash everything). Whoever is cleaning this house should be fired.The pool deck is in severe need of repair and it sounds like the rental company has neglected to get it fixed for quite sometime.

June Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at the house. We all love the big bedrooms and the pool. Location is close to bike & walking trails which we enjoyed. And close to many HH attractions and the beaches.

Great stay at 8 Old Military Road

We spent a week at Old Military Road. House was very clean, well maintained and everything worked as expected. Pool area was very nice. We were extremely pleased with the property. Check in was easy. We would highly recommend.

Disappointed in rental condition

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the house was filthy. The carpets had not been vacuumed, there was a layer of dust over everything, and the vents were caked in grime and dust. We used a wet rag to wipe off the kitchen table and it looked like mud. The walls are covered in handprints and other markings. The floors and doorways are uneven due to house settling or poor construction. The pool was not clean when we arrived. The trash was never picked up. The owners do not appear to care about this rental.

If safety and cleanliness are something you value, this house is NOT for you. The house was large, it had lots of room. It does have a pool but upon arrival the pump was not running, the water was cloudy dirty and the bottom of the pool has several broken jagged places that have apparently been complained about for several months and have been called out to the host company Seashore vacation for causing nasty dangerous cuts and never repaired. The wooden decking around the pool is in terrible condition with several places that need immediate repair. The carpet is probably close to original and reflects it with heavy dust and dead insects all along it perimeter. The fiberglass shower (maybe 3X3?) in the main bedroom is original with it's finish long gone and a moldy ill fitting glass door that causes water to leak out onto the bathroom floor. Now to the terribly designed and in poor repair front entry porches, there a few different levels leading to the door with some being unlevel and with gaping holes on either end where I preceded to lose my footing, fall backwards and hit my head on the side of the house which prompted a visit to the ER. After a phone call to the vacation rental company , someone showed up to clean the pool. We were told that they trusted their cleaning company and nothing was done concerning that. I will never rent from Seashore Vacations again especially after digging through the very negative reviews about this home posted on their own website

Relaxing week

The place is nice and in a good location but the hole in the floor covered by plywood was inconvenient. I understand things happen but nothing was said about it till we got there. There is nothing engineered about 5/4” pressure treated lumber that’s around the pool which was cold water. The place is nice and could use some updating it but we had a good week.

The pool and deck need immediate attention to repairs as well as the floor by the washer and dryer someone will end up falling through the floor bc it’s so worn and dangerous . We had a great time. Hoping the owners will do the necessary work on this house before it gets worse

Bad to worse

Opening door met by smell like a place that had been unoccupied a while, musty. Pool very dirty.Pots and pans needed cleaning. Tub dirty. Chip crumbs bedroom. Shower door needed work. Unit needs a lot of attention. Day we were to leave, wife stepped out and onto very slick steps due to build up perhaps algae. ResultBroken leg, 3 broke ribs and fractured back.Required transfer to Savannah for surgery. So as i write, she in hospital until able travel home and i am in hotel, needing to get home, missing an eye surgery, spending unplanned money.Not a good ending.

Clean and roomy but has it's quirks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a good location and has plenty of room. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and is close to Harbor Town and other popular places. While the home is clean, it does need some TLC. There were some doors that didn't close properly and other maintenance issues related to being an older house. Also, while the kitchen had plenty of dishes, there was absolutely nothing in the way of cooking supplies, not even salt or aluminum foil. Of all the rentals I have stayed in, I have never seen a more empty pantry. I know the owners aren't necessarily obligated to provide those things, but it would have made the stay more enjoyable if there were at lease some coffee to brew on the first morning. If you are willing to put up with some quirks it's a decent place for families.

There are some improvements and updates needed to the house, dusty air vents, old/damaged utensils, soft spots in flooring just to name a few. Overall, good stay. It should be noted or better promoted the home came with 4 bikes for guests use. We used our beach gear credit for bike rentals Doh!

Okayest rental experience ever

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is incredibly outdated and neglected in so many ways. It’s clear the owner is only interested in collecting money and investing as little as possible to improve the property. The deck is in bad shape and had screws sticking out in numerous places which isn’t the greatest feeling on bare feet. Tons of mold on windows and deck. No real grill or bbq available to be able to cook a bbq for 6-8 people. The bathrooms are straight out of the 70s. The kitchen is decent but it feels like everything in the drawers and cupboards were collected at a series of garage sales I’d rather stay in a hotel than spend this kind of money for absolute mediocrity.

The layout, the amenities, the bikes that come with it! The only thing i would say about this years visit is that some work needs done to the house...there are several weak spots in the flooring, the deck around the pool has several loose boards and a fall,trip or stubbed toe is likely to happen...Also several spots in the pool that need fixed--that's likely an off season fix since it would take draining the pool i think! But nothing terrible and none of that affected our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time in HHI was great. Everything we saw through the website was there. The pool was the right size for the kids. We were an easy 10 minute bike ride from the beach which it turns out was not overly crowded. The distance was also close enough to take a nice evening walk if we chose. We only ate out a couple of times, benefits of a full kitchen. The Coast restaurant at the beach club was very good and provided an outstanding view of the ocean.
