Not easy to contact and bad service
The check-in service is not very good. The company sent an e-mail with instructions, but this e-mail drowns in all other e-mails from hotels.com. When trying to contact the company regarding the check-in procedure, it was impossible to reach them. The Hotels.com app listed one phone number, and the booking confirmation e-mail listed another phone number, but neither of the phone numbers worked. Just some beeping from the Finnish phone system. After correcting the index number, we just got an answering machine in Finnish. Hotels.com was very helpful but could neither contact the company on any of the phone numbers they had. I got the "correct" phone number to use when contacting the company. We ended up in spending the first night in another hotel.
We called the new number, just being redirected to another number, referring to an e-mail sent earlier. This e-mail was confusing and difficult to understand.
The apartment itself was not too bad, we got what we expected. But the cleaning could have been better. Several places were not washed/cleaned as expected. Another thing is that the apartment may get very warm, if it is very hot in Helsinki (it was 30 degrees Celsius when we were there).
So, all in all, I cannot give a good recommendation since the check-in service is awful and it is almost impossible to contact the company responsible for the apartment, as well as the bad cleaning of the apartment.
