Dette to-etasjes huset har aircondition i alle soverom - en sjelden egenskap blant hjem i Hanalei. Hver suite er designet med fullt privatliv i tankene og har eget bad. P�� toppen av Kauaian Kamani-paneltrappen til andre etasje finner du utsikt fra spisestuen, den koselige stuen og den fantastiske Ipe Lanai. Også i andre etasje er det tredje A / C soverom med tre enkeltsenger som kan brukes til keikis eller konverteres til en annen king size-seng. Fasiliteter inkluderer TV, DVD-spiller, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, Lanai med fjellutsikt, BBQ, takvifter, gratis WiFi, og mye mer!

Det er et dusjrom og et fullt rustfritt stål, fullt utstyrt kjøkken ovenpå også. Vi tror at tilberedelsen av måltider er en stor del av ferieopplevelsen og vil at din skal være morsom, lett og minneverdig.

Vi har brukt den lokale jungelfuglen, Mo'a (og den alltid tilstedeværende, men aldri den samme Kauai Rooster) som inspirasjon for fargene i vårt nye hus. Utsiden er frodig anlagt og innrammet for personvern. Selv om vi er på hovedveien gjennom Hanalei, n����r du kommer inn i Hanalei Waterfall House-porten, blir du transportert til en annen dimensjon. Det er et lite pensjonat på eiendommen der eierne blir når på øya. Hvert hus har egen inngang. Hanalei er mange ting for mange mennesker - det er surfingen av den berømte Hanalei-bukten, øyeblikk unna dette hjemmet som ligger i starten av Hanalei-byen. I’ll never book with Vacasa again! Bummer because the house is in a great location, and layout worked great for our 2 families, totaling 8. The house wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Crumbs on the coffee table, leading to ants through out! Debri on couches, on top of them feeling musty! So we literally got in, and had to find a vacuum to clean. Not a great start! The two twins were made into a king, we had to seperate them ourselves and scrounge for sheets. When Vacasa finally responded they tried to tell me it’s supposed to be a King. I then showed them the listing literally picturing two twins…Bikes are not taken care of. Flat tires when we got there, so unusable. 2 boogie boards. One had a rip so just collected water and air. Broken wagon handle. Chairs are crusty, like the handles and buckles would just rip when you tried to move them. Place just isn’t looked after thoroughly. For the price you think they’d be able to replace some basic amenities! It would have made a huge difference if there was a host readily available for these things. But the communication just isn’t there with this management company. Oh! Also the cleaning team arrived 15 mins before our check out time. Pulled all the way into the (already small) driveway! Just sat in their car and watched us load up. Awkward. Then another cleaning person pulled into the driveway as we are trying to pull out onto the busy hwy (still before check out time) just unnecessary chaos. It was weird.

Great spot right in Hanalei

The house was perfect for what we needed. Excellent location as we were right in the heart of Hanalei and so close to all coffee shops and shopping and restaurants. A quick walk to the beach or a bike ride. Buggy at the house made it easy to bring the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach as well. They have thought of everything.

Great Place to Stay

Nestled right in the heart of Hanalei Bay on the enchanting island of Kauai, our stay was nothing short of remarkable. The location alone warrants praise, as being situated right in town afforded us unparalleled convenience and immersion into the local vibe. The house itself exuded charm and character, boasting a unique and captivating design. However, what truly stole our hearts was the expansive back deck that offered breathtaking panoramic views of Hanalei's lush landscapes and azure waters. Many a morning and evening were spent lost in reverie, soaking in the beauty that surrounded us. One of the standout features of our stay was the accessibility to Hanalei's vibrant downtown. With an array of restaurants within walking distance, we found ourselves indulging in delectable local fare without the hassle of driving. Additionally, the provision of bikes added a delightful touch, allowing for exploration of the area at our own leisurely pace. Of course, no review of Hanalei would be complete without mentioning the omnipresent chorus of roosters. While the occasional noise from the nearby road was noticeable, it paled in comparison to the symphony of crowing roosters that is synonymous with island life. But hey, that's all part of the charm, and certainly not something unique to this particular accommodation. In summary, our experience was nothing short of unforgettable. For anyone seeking a quintessential Hanalei experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Waterfall house

We were greeted by a most friendly man named Blake. He showed us the ropes of this beautiful home . The views from the house are spectacular and very close to shops , dinning. The beach is about a 10 min walk from the house, easy to get there on feet . Plenty of space for our family of 8. Lots of beach toys, beach chairs, towels provided. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great stay.

Great House Great Location!!!

We had a great time at the waterfall house. It is right on the main road through Hanalei, so you can walk to all the shopping places. we also walked to the beach several times but it is a little far if you have a lot of stuff.

Great location close to all the shops. Less than 10 minutes to the beach. We had a total of 2 families stay here and it was perfect for us. The noise from the highway is a little loud but can be drowned out by having the AC running.

We just adored our stay. We took our two adults sons and their girlfriends and just loved this beautiful, perfectly located house. Well supplied, comfortable beds, lovely view, gorgeous color throughout, and a property management crew who took good care of us. We would love to come back next year!

Great house but loud.

Loved the house and being close to town. We’ve always stayed in Princeville, or north of Hanalei and it was nice to stay within walking distance to shops and beach. House was well taken care of, clean and had everything we needed. Hosts and management company was great. Only negatives were the road noise and lack of adequate lighting. Conversation or watching and movie could be hard during traffic hours and the bedrooms and kitchen were dark with limited lighting. The House was well equipped with beach gear.

Beautiful and relaxing in central Hanalei

Would highly recommend this home for your stay in Hanalei Bay, it is conveniently located near central Hanalei with good access to restaurants, shopping and a 8-10 minute walk to the main beach area. Home has beach toys, umbrella and chairs provided. The home was sparkling clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the necessities including dishwasher and an outdoor bbq. There is also a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable but very soft. Bathrooms all equipped with rain showers and nicely decorated. With two large bedrooms on main floor and an additional bedroom upstairs with three single beds, could easily fit a large family or group. Property is shared with another residence and driveway is shared, but didn't impact our trip at all. View from top floor of mountains and waterfalls was lovely and the back lanai was great. Hope to return again!

Waterfall House Hanalei Kauai

We stayed here for our second week in January. The house sits on the main street of Hanalei and the rear lanai faces the mountains to the south and the numerous waterfalls that give the house its name. The house is huge and could easily accommodate two couples or a large family. The main bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the kitchen and dining areas and a third bedroom are on the 2nd fl. The bright and airy house was fully equipped and beautifully decorated in the craftsman style. Despite the sometimes heavy traffic, which we tuned out, it was an excellent base (can walk to Hanalei Bay) to get out and explore the sights on this beautiful island. I can’t vouch for the phrase that “Kauai heals everything” but it sure helped! Highly recommended.

The home and grounds are meticulously kept and as beautiful now as the first time we stayed. We love the location of the home and the views from the deck are spectacular. The Realty company and owner of this home are as nice as they come and super easy to contact and work with. Our only regret is not staying longer than just a week. We will be back!

Lisa and everyone at Bali Hai Realty were lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend staying in this house.

Located close (very short walk) to town for restaurants, groceries, shave ice, farmers market. Awesome little town. Probably want to drive/bay to the beach if going back and forth. Hanalei Beach is good for kids, swimming, SUP. Not a good snorkeling spot. Head to Tunnels for snorkeling. Properly is in good condition, kitchen a bit out dated, but bathrooms are all renovated nice. Beds upstairs are a bit hard, but both downstairs rooms are great. A bit of street noise being on the main drag but also very close to town. Would recommend the property for a visit to Hanalei.
