Banzai Surf B - A/C included, steps to the beach!

The Banzai Surf B provides amenities you will appreciate and is close to places you would like to see-- only steps from the beach!

You can relax and enjoy watching your show in the flat screen television in the living room. Turn on the ceiling fan or air conditioning unit to make you feel more comfortable. Cook meals for family or friends in the kitchen. There's a refrigerator, a microwave, stove and oven. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for four. There's also a washer and a dryer available for you to use. A queen bed can also be your place of rest after a long day of adventures. An air mattress is also available for guest use.

The home is located just steps to the beach. You can also walk or take a short drive to surf at Banzai Pipeline or snorkel at Shark's Cove. If golf is your thing, Turtle Bay Golf is just a short drive a way. You can also shop at the different stores and dine at the many restaurants in Haleiwa.

Attention: Due to the proximity to the ocean, the salt air can accelerate the deterioration of metal surfaces, appliances, and other materials in and around the home. We want to ensure a comfortable stay and maintain the quality of our beachfront properties.
Please be aware that while we conduct regular maintenance and inspections to address these issues, some signs of wear and tear may still be present. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us preserve these beautiful homes. If you notice any specific issues during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can address them promptly.

Good location but…

The email giving us the address a few days before our arrival did not give us an entry code or specify if it was the upstairs or downstairs unit. It took about two hours of trying to communicate with somebody to finally get the property manager who was apologetic and helpful. The AC for the main living area was not working. We went for three days of coming in hot and tired after spending time outside in 90° temperatures. When we came in the temperature in the living area ranged from 83° to 93°. We were told that a repair man couldn’t get there for three days and then we learned that he declared the air conditioning unit in need of replacement. The property manager did bring us a big powerful fan which helped but the cooler air didn’t circulate well in the kitchen and bath areas. Also, the microwave didn’t work when we got there but the property manager was very responsive and bought and installed a new one. He was very congenial and a nice guy, open to our suggestions. We recommended to him that when renters are expected to double check the temperature in the condo and to be sure that the entry code was sent out ahead of time to renters. We also recommended to him more lighting in the dining area The condo was just basic but fairly clean and fairly comfortable for the time we were Inside. The best thing about it was its proximity to the beach as you only had to walk around the house to be there. We also enjoyed the energy of the North Shore.

Perfect location

The property was just steps away from the beach. Close to Foodland, shark's cove, Waimea bay and Haleiwa. The caretaker of the property was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. The property had parking which was a plus. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

I'd say the listing is accurate. A decent place for a couple to stay, but not necessarily hang out in. A little messy and neglected on the outside, but clean and serviceable on the inside. Not on the beach, but literally steps from it. A beautiful beach, at that. No views from the windows, but nothing unsightly out there either. Cinder block walls, if that matters to you. Found a single dead roach upon our arrival, but absolutely nothing after that. Nice bed. Very uncomfortable futon/couch in the sitting room. Wifi info in the intro email was wrong, but the caretaker cleared that up pretty quickly via text. Couldn't locate the washer/dryer either (outside, behind the unit), but a text cleared that up, too. NOTE: you'll need four quarters for each dryer load. Washer is not coin-op. There were folks upstairs, and we could hear some footsteps and loud voices. Nothing too bad. Beautiful area, of course. Within a short drive of everywhere in the north of Oahu. The price was reasonable; an affordable option among a lot of more pricey Vrbo offerings.

This rental was just ok. It was very close to the beach but had absolutely no views. The rental was cheaply furnished. We didn't spend a lot of time there, really just slept there. A/C worked fine in the bedroom but the living area was warm. The shower was good with plenty of pressure and hot water. It had a washer and dryer which allowed us to wash clothes. It worked for us as a fairly inexpensive place to sleep and bathe just a very short walk (maybe 150 feet) from the beach.

Pupukea Ke Waena Road - Rock Piles Beach

Simply furnished. Very comfortable bed. Washer and dryer access. Fridge makes ice. Quiet street. Outrageous sunsets! Food options to the north. Haleiwa to the south. Plenty of beach choices and activities. Groceries close by (Foodland). Bedroom could use a dresser or shelving.

Close to beach but parking was terrible

The place was within walking distance to the beach but you had to park in a awkward, cramped fenced in space in front of the unit (the ad and pictures made it seems nature like and as if the front door led to the beach, which it doesn’t). The decor was minimal at best, and we didn’t receive any communication during our 9 day stay (or any information regarding checkout, additional towels or anything). It was fine if you just want somewhere to sleep within walking distance to the beach, but not a place to relax or hang out.

The property over all was ok, the location was nice with other towns pretty close by. There wasn’t any shampoo, conditioner, or soap so come prepared with these items. I could have sworn the listing said there was a hair dryer when we booked but there is not. There is no place to hang wet towels or suits other than one towel bar in the bathroom. A collapsible drying rack would have been great. The shower curtain had mold on it, I mean shower curtains aren’t that expensive, but a new one if the old one is moldy. There is a washer and dryer, outside of the house and the dryer costs money to use. Make sure to time your washing when it’s not raining. The parking was kind of nice as you had your own spot inside the wood fence, but you have to open and close the gate each time you come and go. The kitchen was nicely updated, but not much for dishes or utensils. It would be good to have more dishes microwave safe to use in the microwave. My husband and I had to eat one at a time cause there was only one bowl that was microwave safe. You can’t actually see the beach from the house, your view is another rental. You can walk along a path next to that rental to get to the beach or down the road to the beach. We opted to use the road. It was fine for sleeping, the bed was comfortable, but not sure it was worth the price.
