This delightful 89 m2 house offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this incredible city.

You will find an open-plan living and kitchen area as you enter the first floor. The living space features a lovely sitting area and a service bathroom.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment, including essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, and a TV. From the kitchen, guests can access a lovely patio, where they can enjoy their meals and have a barbecue.

Upstairs is the sleeping area, which includes one bedroom with a double bed and a glass divider to the toilet and shower, and the second bedroom, which consists of a single bed. A small support desk and multiple storage spaces. There is also another complete bathroom in the hallway area.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The historical centre within the Guimarães city walls is associated with Portugal's formation and identity and was classified as a World Heritage site based on the originality and authenticity of its restoration.

You can start from the heart of the city, Largo da Oliveira, where you find the Padrão do Salado and the Collegiate Church of Nossa Senhora da Oliveira, which houses the valuable Alberto Sampaio Museum. Passing the Paços Municipais (City Hall), crowned with battlements, enter the Praça de Santiago, which in the Middle Ages welcomed pilgrims bound for Compostela, just as today it welcomes residents and tourists in its restaurants and terraces. The Convent of Santa Clara, the Casa do Arco, and other stately houses are in Rua da Santa Maria, which is linked to the upper city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Feira de Guimarães, is just a 130-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
