The holiday apartment is located in the cosy village of Gröbming in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region, at an altitude of 776 meters, tucked away in Styria's picturesque Ennstal valley and surrounded by the imposing peaks of the Stoderzinken and Kammspitze.

In winter, the Hauser Kaibling ski area beckons, just a stone's throw from Gröbming, with its perfectly groomed slopes and phenomenal views from over 2,000 meters above sea level. Here you step straight onto the famous 4-Berge-Skischaukel, which connects the four large ski areas Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm - good for no less than 123 kilometers of slopes! For a smaller-scale but equally fun adventure, there is the Galsterberg with 11 km of slopes, funrides as well as a 5 km-long toboggan run, ideal for families and lovers of snow fun.

As soon as the snow gives way to sunshine, Gröbming turns into a true summer paradise. Discover the kilometre-long network of hiking, climbing and cycling trails, hit a ball on the golf course or experience pure adrenaline in Austria's largest adventure park. Mountain bikers will find numerous routes and the Bikepark Schladming is easily accessible thanks to the Planai cable car. For a refreshing dip, the recreational lake in Irdning or the outdoor pool in Gröbming are perfect spots. And those who want to relax completely can visit the Grimming Therme in Bad Mitterndorf all year round.
