Lakefront Condo bare noen skritt fra stranden

Fullt møblert 2 soverom, 2 komplette bad + hems leilighet på Eastman innsjø. To etasjers vegg av vinduer og utendørs dekk ca 30 meter fra vannkanten! Steg vekk fra to strender med flott svømming, aktivitetssenter med innendørs basseng / treningsrom / spillrom, turstier og tennisbaner. Enhet oppdatert med skifer gulv, granitt fliser counter-topper, rustfritt steal apparater inkludert oppvaskmaskin, og Maytag vaskemaskin / tørketrommel. En montert flatskjerm HDTV har digital kabel. Høyhastighets trådløst internett er også inkludert. Enheten har også en Vermont Castings vedovn med stort vindu for å se på brann. Sommeren 2017 oppdateringer inkluderer ny teppe i ovenpå, en ny malingsjobb, en ny sofa, en ny sovesofa på loftet, splitter nye dronningssenger og nytt spisebord.

    Very disappointed

    The view is the only thing about this place that we can recommend. Many things were broken or not able to be found, from the broken outside closet where the trash was kept, to windows that didn't open and locks that didn't lock, to clunking fans and flashing bathroom lights and worn out sockets. The place hasn't been updated for years and fully shows it. Not to mention that we were disappointed with the unapologetic and sometimes belated responses from the realtor who manages the place. And having to pay extra or opt to bring our own sheets and towels was the added insult. Would not go back despite the fact that I love Grantham and Eastman Pond. I recommend you look for another place.

    Ski season at Sunapee

    Great condo for our extended family to ski at Sunapee. Absolutely lovely view. Brad is accessible and easy to work with.

    Visiting with friends

    Location was perfect for me. Unit needs updating and floors on main level are cold slate tile. I wore slippers or crocks indoors throughout my stay. Deck is small and has two plastic Adirondack style chairs and small low table. No grill. A large dining table can accommodate a family meal indoors. I preferred sleeping in the upstairs bedroom with no musty odor and provided carpet underfoot. I cooked all my meals and I had what I needed to get through the week. Washer and dryer are mini sized so more frequent loads. Beds were comfortable enough. There is plenty to do with the lake, tennis and Pickleball, trails to hike and you can rent watercraft if you don’t have your own SUP or kayak. (Not available at this rental). Ceiling fan was not functioning but several small fans helped circulate the air. TV was modern large screen however the sound did not always function so my laptop came in handy. WiFi was easy to log on. Perfectly clean property inside unit. Note: Hand rails from parking area provide lighting with on/off switches on the post (top and bottom) for safety. During my stay, school was back in session so activity (noise) at nearby South Cove beach was minimal. Voices carry on the lake! Blissfully quiet at night with occasional loon or owl hoots.

    Great condo on the lake

    We had a great stay. The only issue we had was with the tv, but since we had computers with us, connecting to our streaming service from home solved the issue. Would definitely stay again!

    Labor Day weekend with family

    We had a wonderful time. The property was right on the lake and had everything needed and as advertised. Enough room for the five of us. Would be comfortable for 1-2 more people (as long as you get along). Very quick responses from host and agency he uses. Big, clean and beautiful lake with an easy trail around the lake. We mainly came to unwind and kayak and didn’t wander to other towns so can’t comment on area attractions.

    Perfect location

    This comfortable house is just a few feet from the beach on an exquisite lake with a number of different hiking trails. There is an excellent restaurant on the Eastman premises and a nearby grocery.

    Right on the water which is awesome for sunsets and sunrises. Tons of hiking in the area and cross country skiing. The condo has most things that you need. Bring sheets and towels or there is a charge if they are provided. Bring eye shades, as some of the windows don't have curtains. Excellent layout of the condo with one bedroom and bath downstairs and one bedroom and bath upstairs. Perfect for families or couples. May I suggest adding a small notebook or information sheet with information on where and when to put out trash. Hours of the club house. Where to shop and dine in the area, rental of kayaks and canoes, etc.

    We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! - Just close enough to the beach and the ice cream stand to be convenient yet away from the noise of people on the beach. Brad was excellent at getting back to me with answers to all my questions - especially with the pandemic still an issue. Although there were a few amenities that we were unable to take advantage of because of the pandemic they were few . Everyone in our group said they would love to come back and stay here again some other time.

    My wife an I booked at the last minute and Brad was very accommodating and found a cleaning staff to assist. The condo is very roomy and the complex has everything you need for a great stay. There is a large lake with fishing and canoeing, hiking trails and a golf course. Highly recommend staying here!

    Great Getaway

    We had a great stay, the condo was very nice with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. There was a great view to the lake and a small deck and sitting area outside. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and recreation center with pool, fitness center and kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, etc... Also a short drive to Sunapee Mountain. Would definitely stay again!

    Great place to stay. The furniture, beds, etc are comfortable and new. The kitchen and bathrooms upgraded, modern, and clean. Close to the recreation centre and south beach - just lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Great little condo on the lake

    The current pictures posted do not do this condo justice. The owner recently updated with new furniture, which includes new living room furniture, a Queen bed downstairs, a Queen bed upstairs, a sleeper sofa and twin bunk+trundle in the loft. There is slate flooring downstairs, which was a bit cold in the cooler weather (bring slippers). It was very clean. We had to add the "linen service" to include bedding and towels. They provided a small bar of soap, but no shampoo/conditioner. Also, I didn't see a hair dryer. The condo was easy to get to, and steps away from the "recreation center" where you can rent canoes, paddle boards, etc. There's a beach, playground, and other activities over there. A short 1.1 mile trail starts from the beach, and meanders behind the condo, along the lake. The lake view from the back porch was beautiful, especially now, as the leaves are starting to change colors. There was a little market just outside the entrance to the neighborhood (about 2 miles away). I wish we had more time to spend here. Maybe next time!

    Perfect Family Getaway!

    We *really* enjoyed our stay here. It's roomy and amply supplied, from irons and ironing board (who irons on vacation?) to a small charcoal grill out back, to a large but light canoe (w/paddles and preservers). We spent lots of time in the canoe, exploring the spacious pond and catching 5 bass ranging from tiny to 14". This unit is closest to the lake with a wonderful view, and very close to the beach. There's a diving dock out in deeper water, and plenty of shallow area for the youngsters (water shoes a plus). The condo design provides plenty of privacy in the two bedrooms, with fun kid sleeping quarters in the loft. Lots of literature waiting for you with info on groceries, restaurants, and a pile of activies in the area. Make sure you take the chairlift to the top of Mt. Sunapee, regardless of the season. We enjoyed hiking from the summit to an upper lake - and then taking the easy ride down! This condo would make a perfect base for skiing in the winter too!
