Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- two sleeping areas with a sofa bed and a bunk bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a shared swimming pool open from June to September, from 9 am to 8 pm.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: TV, washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

It should be noted that during your stay, you will have access to a parking/ garage.

For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Franprix" is 7 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the Côte d'Azur. It has also been classified as a Town of Art and History. Fréjus was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which dominated the region at the time. Fréjus has the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles. There's also the Base Nature François Léotard (outdoor sports complex with numerous summer events).
