The Space:
Schubert Inn features a total of 6 bedrooms spread between four properties all boasting king sized beds. The property provides ample space for families and friends, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The main house boasts three bedrooms, while the Cottage and Suites A and B all have one bedroom with king beds. This unique setup ensures that everyone has their own space while still enjoying the company of their fellow travelers. With five bathrooms in total, including 2 in the main house and one each in Suite A, Suite B, and the Cottage, there's always a supply of convenience and privacy for all guests.
The main house features a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
