With spectacular gulf views from the living room, dining room, and main bedroom, this stunning, beachfront penthouse suite is the perfect combination of luxury and convenience! Take advantage of the home's various coffee-making appliances to brew up a perfect cup and head out to the furnished private balcony to wake up in the salty sea breeze. Situated on the sixth floor of a lovely beachfront complex, the 300-square-foot balcony is the ideal setting for an al-fresco meal or some quiet time with a favorite novel. The living space enjoys luxurious furniture, tasteful décor, and high, coffered ceilings studded with attractive ceiling fans. You'll love catching a good ballgame on the mounted flatscreen TV.

The full kitchen is open and spacious, with a large pantry, stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator, and granite countertops, plus a breakfast bar with seating for three. You can serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table then let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes. The central AC will keep everyone nice and cool and the free WiFi will make it easy to research your next beach adventure. Take the elevator down to access the beach then come home to run your sandy swim clothes in the private washer/dryer. The shared pool is a great way to cool off after a day of sightseeing. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three beautiful bedrooms to enjoy, the main with an attractive ornamental fireplace, balcony access, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Visit All-A-Board Surf School to get private and group lessons from friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Need some new surf or skate gear? You can pick up everything you need when you stop into Fluid Surf Shop, less than three miles away. While you're out, grab a bite to eat at AJ's Oyster Shanty, The Gulf on Okaloosa Island, or Stewby's Seafood Shanty.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
