Treat yourself at the newest luxury resort in Fort Walton Beach! this home has a comfortable and fresh look with newly painted walls, beautiful furnishings, king pillow top mattress and 46' flat screen HDTV. Unit A426 is one of the largest condos Waterscape offers. The primary bedroom and living room all open up to a spacious balcony with a six chair dining table and chaise lounges. You can see the tropical pool oasis and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, recliner, TV, DVD player, and cd stereo system. The dining room has a large dining table with seating. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautifully tiled floors. There is a twin bunk area next to a private bath with a stand up shower. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, DVD player, and walk in closet. A washer/dryer are conveniently located by the kitchen for your use. WIFI is available everywhere on the property. Guests are granted two beach chairs and an umbrella everyday of their stay.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
