THE HOUSE:
The house is a beautiful home in Quiet Area of Fort Lauderdale, close enough to the Ocean. Here are some details on this family vacation:
— You will have access to the entire home.

— 1200 sq. ft. of indoor living space
— separate living room with 58" ROKU TV's.
— Whole house has Wi-Fi throughout.

— ROOM 1: Master Bedroom with 2 Queen beds

— ROOM 3: Private Bedroom with 2 Queen beds
— DINNING AREA: Dining room area with large table to sit up to 10

— LIVING ROOM AREA: Spacious Living room with 3 Sofa beds that turn into a full-size bed
— Parking: Front of the house has a full driveway with parking for 4 cars
— We have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests.

THE KITCHEN:
40% of events held at this home are family reunions, and people love to cook up a storm. So, we make sure to have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal!
Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:
— Regular oven.
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps up to 6 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— Coffee machine a kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea at the backyard (a family favorite).

LOCATION:
We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up).
Almost everything is within a short drive from us.
A few minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail (Grocery Store, cruise port and Fort Lauderdale airport).

This house is in a nice area close to I-95 and Fort Lauderdale Airport where also close to Dania beach and Hollywood beach. The house is great for Families, Big groups, business trips or Vacations.

Embrace full access to the entire house, including laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a collection of TVs to keep you entertained. Relax on the patio with recliners and an umbrella, or take advantage of the beach chairs and BBQ for some outdoor fun. Rest easy knowing that free parking is available for up to 1-4 cars, and for your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer.
We strive to accommodate flexible check-in times based on availability, and to ensure a seamless arrival, we offer a keyless entrance. Rest assured, we will share the code with you upon check-in so you can effortlessly access your home away from home.
Other things to note
When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.
*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.

Please only park 4 park cars (max) .

For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:

- Bedding and towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.

Please be considerate to neighbors and lower noise under 75 decibels after 9PM

If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You may be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.

-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host doesn't able store or sending it overstate

Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.

* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.

If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please roll the garbage container at the front as provided on the instructions , you received.

We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $120 for 1 PM or $150 for 3 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
