The Space:

The Space

This large property consists of five villas, totaling 7 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 14 (plus two extra on a pull out couch). Each villa is 1 or 2 bedrooms, and each has its own kitchen and living space. Outside you love swimming and relaxing in the brand new very large pool with hot tub, cooking on the gas grill, playing yard games, and eating meals al fresco under the oversized Tiki Hut. This property is uniquely perfect to comfortably accommodate large groups, while also providing some privacy and separation. (If you are traveling for a corporate retreat, ask about how to book our offsite conference room at no additional charge!)

LIVING SPACES:

Three of the villas are in one building (a single-story tri-plex) and will offer you:

🏡Villa 1 is a 1 bed/1 bath unit offering 1 king bed and 1 double pull out couch (can sleep up to 4 people). Additionally, you will enjoy a private living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and private front patio with two person table.

🏡Villa 2 is a 2 bed/1 bath unit offering 2 king beds, private living room, kitchen and private front patio with a two person table.

🏡Villa 3 is 1 bed/1 bath unit, with a king bed, private living room and larger private outdoor space with seating for 4 (overlooking the Tiki Hut).



Two of the villas are in an adjacent building (a single-story story duplex), which was just fully renovated and professionally decorated. These two units provide:

🏡Villa 4 is a two bedroom/two bath unit. It has two king bedrooms (sleeps 4 comfortably), both with en suite bathrooms. This villa also has a private living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and private front patio.

🏡Villa 5 is a one bedroom/one bath unit. It has 1 queen bedroom, 1 bathroom, private living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, and private front and back patios (overlooking the pool).

Guest Access:

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. There is an electronic keypad on each front door that will provide access to the home. We will send you the code prior to arrival. Guests have private access to the entire home and property.

Getting Around:

We are close to the beach, many popular attractions and several wonderful restaurants. However, most guests prefer to have a car during their stay. Uber/Lyft is readily available too!!



Other Things to Note:

There is direct and unobstructed access to the pool from villa 4 and 5 doors. No lifeguard is on duty. Use caution with children.

There are exterior cameras at the property.

Security cameras are installed throughout the property for safety and monitoring purposes. Please note that some cameras may also record audio. By staying on the premises, you acknowledge and consent to both video and audio recording in these areas.
