Fullstendig renovert, splitter ny inne - 3BR 3. 5BA leilighet ligger 1/2 blokk fra stranden i midten av all glede av Fenwick Island. Felles basseng i bakgården (i sesong) og få skritt fra restauranter og butikker. MBR med king size-seng og glidebryter til dekk. Bunk rom med twin over full og trille for å imøtekomme 4. andre etasje stue har kjøkken, spisestue, familieområde, peis og et annet dekk å nyte. Andre MBR med king og full bad i første etasje med glidebryter til uteplass med utsikt over bassenget. Renovering ferdig vinter 2017 - alle nye gulv og maling i hele, nye kjøkkenskap, bad, hvitevarer, møbler, madrasser, inventar. 3 nye 55-tommers TV-er, drikkesenter flott for underholdning.

Fantastic beach week! Perfect location with easy beach access half a block away, community pool and walkable to lots of restaurants, shopping and ice cream. Beautifully furnished, modern, clean unit stocked with anything you need (meticulously organized and labeled!) plenty of space for family of 4 2 grandparents. Thank you for a great stay!!

Fenwick Getaway

We always have an amazing time in Fenwick Island. The Admirals Bridge property was perfect—just steps away from the sand. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space and easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic beach escape!

Excellent location!

The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We were thrilled with the short walk to the beach, and the pool was great too! The hosts responded quickly to our questions, and their attention to detail made our stay extremely comfortable. They even gave us a welcome gift! We would definitely recommend!!

Great Fenwick Island Rental

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The location was great. It was a block from the beach, close to many restaurants and walkable to the local candy and ice cream shop for the kids. Liz and Jim were wonderful to communicate with before and during our stay. Their home was comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay at the beach. I would highly recommend!

Jim and Liz really understand the concept of home away from home. We have been repeat renters for about 5 years now. There are constant updates to the property and if you make a suggestion, they listen. Glad we stumbled upon this vacation haven.

Fantastic Property

We had an amazing stay here! The house was perfect for our family of five, offering plenty of space and comfort. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and a wagon, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The house was updated, with furnishings and decor that created a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. The owners were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay, addressing all our requests promptly. The personalized welcome gift was a delightful touch that made us feel very special. The location was ideal, with the beach and local shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We hardly needed to use our car at all. We were in town for the 4th of July and got to see Northside Park and beach fireworks from the upstairs bedroom balcony! This is one of the very best places we've stayed in the OC/Fenwick area, and we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in this rental! Clean and very well organized, with the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've stayed in. We cooked and ate in most nights and had no trouble finding the necessary utensils/cookware. Located within walking distance of mini golf, shops, ice cream shops, etc and close to the beach but inside the house it's nice and quiet. The hosts also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, I think they really care if their guests have a good time.

Our family had a wonderful week! This home is beautiful. The property managers are very professional and respond to email messages in a timely manner. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The beach and restaurants are all within walking distance.

This is home away from home. Everything is so well decorated and very inviting. Everything is spotless and very well equipped with every need you may have. Park your car and walk to everything you may need. Beach, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and much much more. Wonderful place to spend a vacation.

Much Needed Vacation

Had a wonderful week in Fenwick and we did not want to leave! This property basically has everything you need. Loved sitting on the balcony to eat lunch/dinner and in the evenings (except when it rained two evenings). The pool was very nice too (the kids loved it), but we wished it would have stayed open later than 6 pm. Jim and Liz were very prompt with responding to our questions prior to arrival. Thanks for a great week and hope to return again, Tammy and John (and family)

Best Rental in Fenwick!

We routinely stay in Fenwick due to the smaller crowds and family-friendly atmosphere. We particularly like Admirals Bridge due to its proximity to the beach and the pool access. This unit was by far the best we have ever had in Fenwick! The property is beautifully renovated and the owners have thought of everything (really). All of the thoughtful details really make a difference —from the complimentary soap and baggies to the usable laundry baskets. We even found chip clips! The owners were such a delight to communicate with and were very responsive. We had an amazing visit despite some pretty terrible weather and will certainly return next summer.

This home is spectacular!!!! It has everything you may need and more. Very well decorated, very welcoming, steps to the beach, and very close to a lot of entertainment. The hosts Liz and Jim are wonderful and very helpful with every need you may have. They truly make you feel welcome in their home. lovely home close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The photos give a good sense of the house, and everything was in good working order and clean. Things were easy to find in the kitchen. The pool was nice, and the beach is a block away and lovely. The deck off the living room was very pleasant for meals. We enjoyed the Netflix subscription. There are filters for the coffee maker, but bring your own coffee. When we were there, the kitchen had a good assortment of spices and had olive oil and vegetable oil.

The Ohassis’ strike again

Another wonderful stay. This is our third year enjoying this condo at Admiral’s Bridge in Fenwick. It feels like home because the owners maintain it that way. Everything is in good working order, the decor remains beachy and elegant. The level of cleanliness is outstanding. The owners are extremely responsive if you have questions. This time we actually had guests visit us while we were there and it provided an opportunity to use all of the lovely things that the owners keep around to make entertaining easy. Everything was just perfect. Thank you.
