Relax in Trail Ridge`s spacious main-level great room, where a river rock cozy gas fireplace, a large TV, and comfortable seating invite you to unwind. Bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, the living area offers a serene mountain ambiance. The open-concept design, vaulted ceilings, and rich hardwood floors create a stylish and functional space.

KITCHEN/DINING:
The kitchen is a beautiful and functional space with granite counter tops, warm wood cabinets, and ample room to cook. It is stocked with essentials, providing everything you need to create delicious meals. A built in desk is available should you need to work while on vacation. The dining area is perfect for gathering with loved ones, featuring a large wood table that seats eight and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for lasting memories. The breakfast bar offers additional seating for three. A half bath is located just off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy the outdoors on the upper deck, complete with a gas grill and seating for relaxation. Whether you`re reading a book, stargazing, or simply soaking in the fresh mountain air, you`ll have plenty to enjoy. Keep an eye out for wildlife, including deer, elk, bears, coyotes, chipmunks, turkeys, and a variety of mountain birds, that frequent the green space behind the home. The Primary Suite on the main level boasts a spacious King-sized bed a smart TV, ceiling fan and a fantastic walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a step-in glass shower,and storage space for your personal belongings.

Bedroom 2 on the lower level has a Queen-sized bed, side tables, reading lamps, walk in closet. Watch the wildlife right out the window in the green space behind the home.

Bedroom 3 on the lower level has 2 twin beds, side tables, reading lamps and views of the green space.

The lower-level bedrooms share a full bathroom with a combined tub/shower, and space for personal items.

There is a half bath on the main floor close to the living room and kitchen.
