Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in the ideally located Benamara community, situated just minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants and bars, and 15 minutes’ drive from the towns of Marbella and Estepona, and the world-famous Puerto Banús. The apartment offers a stylish and relaxed living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, and a large private terrace with alfresco dining area, chillout seating, and views of the communal gardens.

The huge communal gardens are manicured and well-tended, and provide space for one of the largest communal swimming pools on the coast. The swimming pool is open all year (lifeguard only during the summer period) and is surrounded by sun umbrellas and sun-beds. From the gardens it is only a short walk down to the beach (some areas are pebbles rather than sand), and the fabulous Salduna Beach restaurant. The beach is clean and usually not too busy, and from here it is possible to walk in either direction along the seafront for kilometres (there is a formal promenade for the majority of the walk, but some parts are walking on the beach).

The apartment features a smart TV in the bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as a portable Dyson unit that can be moved around the apartment. The property has strong fibre optic WIFI, and there is plenty of street parking should you arrive with a car.
