The home features a bright living area with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, dedicated workspace, comfortable bedrooms, and everything needed for short or extended stays. Central refrigerated air helps keep the home comfortable year round, and the in unit washer and dryer add convenience for families, work travelers, and longer visits.

Step outside and enjoy the spacious private fenced backyard, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or pets. The outdoor area includes a BBQ grill, fire pit, covered porch, and space to enjoy meals or unwind after a day around the city.

The property is gated for added privacy. Guests may use the garage, which is best suited for compact vehicles, and additional on site parking is available for larger vehicles.

Casa Zen is conveniently located with quick access to I10, Loop 375, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and major areas throughout El Paso. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and a Sun Metro bus stop is within walking distance.

Guests have private access to the entire home and self check in through the gated entrance and Wyze keypad at the main door. We respect your privacy during your stay and remain available if you need assistance.

Pets are welcome with prior notice and the applicable pet fee. Small gatherings may be allowed only with prior request and approval. Large or disruptive parties are not permitted. Quiet hours apply from 10 PM to 7 AM, and smoking, vaping, cannabis use, or strong odors are not allowed inside the home.

Casa Zen is a great option for families, couples, work travelers, extended stays, and guests traveling with pets who want a comfortable home with outdoor space, privacy, and convenient access around El Paso.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

No Parties
Parties may be allowed only with prior approval and may require an additional fee. Small gatherings must also be approved in advance.

No Smoking
Smoking, cannabis use, vaping, or strong odors are not allowed anywhere inside the home.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior notice and the applicable pet fee. Please keep pets off beds, sofas, chairs, and other furniture.

Linens & Furniture
Please take care of towels, linens, furniture, and décor. Food and drinks are not allowed on beds, sofas, or upholstered furniture. Charges may apply for stains, damage, or excessive cleaning.

Breakages
Please let us know about any accidental damage as soon as possible.

Trash
Please place all trash in the designated bins and do not leave food or excessive garbage behind.

Furniture & Items
If you move furniture, lamps, chairs, or other items, please return them to their original place before checkout.
