We offer a contactless self-check-in. Our host is available during regular business hours each day, and 24/7 for emergencies.

Located right on the main beach and road outside of Eastsound, this home offers a convenient and scenic setting. There are homes in the neighborhood all situated on half acre lots with mature trees surrounding the properties for privacy.

You will have the entire house and grounds for personal use. Parking is limited to three (3) vehicles in designated areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted.

You'll receive a Welcome Letter four days before your arrival date. You'll be given the address and access code for the lockbox. There is one key provided in the lockbox, so we recommend keeping the key in the lockbox for your convenience.



Our spacious Master bedroom features a luxurious King bed, a cozy reading area with a library, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. With its own private door, the Master opens directly to a deck that leads you to the hot tub—perfect for relaxing any time of day! ✨

The custom-tiled bathroom off the Master bedroom includes a walk-in shower and a single vanity, providing a serene space to refresh. For extra guests, our living room offers additional sleeping options, as both sofas fold out into full-sized beds.

We know how important connectivity is, so we provide excellent WiFi and cell reception. The desk in the living area makes it a fabulous workspace for couples or a single person looking to blend work and leisure. 🌟

Our home features radiant floor heating that provides warmth throughout, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. With three thermostats, you can easily adjust the temperature in the main room, bedroom, and bathroom to your liking.

The gas fireplace adds a nice touch, offering both warmth and ambiance for those relaxing evenings. You can easily control the fire with the wall-mounted thermostat. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a space designed for your comfort! 🔥✨

A laundry room is located in the annex room off of the garage. Follow the pebble pathway around to the garage and look for the exterior trash receptacles and door leading to a Speed Queen washer and dryer set. Large table for folding and a hamper makes catching up on laundry easy.

Baby Gear: we also have a new Graco travel crib and high chair for your use. You can find this in the laundry room.

Please note that the loft and garage are not available to guests, and we appreciate your understanding.

We recommend bringing your own car or renting one once you arrive off of the ferry. Orcas has many State Parks with trails and lakes that are best accessed by driving.

Rules of Conduct:

Check-in: 3 PM
Check-out: 10 AM

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons.

Pets: Not permitted

Housekeeping service is not included, but linens and bath towels are provided.

Hot Tub Rules:
No children under the age of 14 are permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision.
No food or drink is allowed in or around the hot tub.
A $120 fee will be charged if there is evidence of food or beverages that leads to a complete drain and refill of the hot tub.

The Loft and Garage are not included in the rental.

Water and Septic: Beach House is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Hurricane or Storm Policy: No refunds will be given unless local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area."
