Guests Deliveries Please ensure the front gate is closed securely behind any visitors or deliveries. It s a small gesture that helps maintain safety and peace for all. Quiet Hours To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. No Smoking or Drug Use Indoors Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available in the private courtyard with disposal boxes provided. If our housekeeping team reports evidence of smoking or drug use indoors, a specialist fumigation company will be engaged, and additional charges will apply. Lost Keys Lost key fobs will incur a replacement fee of £25.00. Please keep your keys safe during your stay. Cycle Hire Our complimentary cycle hire is available exclusively for registered guests during their stay. In case of damage or loss, repair or replacement fees will be charged. Damages, Loss Accidents Any damage to the apartment or its contents, or loss of items, will be charged to the guest. If an accident does occur, please inform my team or me as soon as possible so we can arrange repairs or replacements before the next guest arrives. Your cooperation helps us maintain our high standards for every visitor. E Scooters Vaping To maintain a clean and serene environment, electric scooters and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. Magnetic Gate Please close the front gate behind you when entering or leaving. The magnetic lock ensures our space remains secure. Air Quality Window Guidance To support our air purification system, please keep the bedroom and lounge sash windows closed. You re welcome to open the rear courtyard windows for fresh air. No Candles For safety reasons, lit candles are not permitted in the apartment. Rubbish Disposal, Sustainability Composting We re proud to champion sustainability at Harper Luxe. Each apartment includes recycling bags to help guests separate general waste and recyclables.
