For smooth check-in, please provide passport copies of all guests staying at least 24 hours prior to arrival as it is compulsory in Dubai, if you book to arrive on the same day, we require 4 hours' notice to allow access to the property.

access cards are limited to 1 only during your stay. Please don't lose it as there is a 400 AED fine.
standard check-in time is 3 pm, but events beyond our control could be delayed by a couple of hours as we may need extra cleaning or fixing.
passport copies and ETA must be shared at least 4 hours before arrival for smooth check-in as it is required by the authorities for registration.
Check-out time is 11 am, unauthorized delays will be charged at a rate of AED 300/ hour.
