The Space:
Dubai’s old town complex is located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, walking distance from Dubai fountain, Dubai Opera house and the Dubai Mall. It is located right on the main boulevard in Downtown Dubai. The compound is very quiet and peaceful, full of colorful flowers and will make you feel very disconnected from the hustle and bustle of busy downtown Dubai, while still being right in the centre.
Facilities include a mall called Souk Al Bahar connected to the compound, that has supermarket, restaurants, gym, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. There is access to a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees just under the building.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with a toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more, allowing you to cook a full meal if you chose to.
The apartment also comes with a parking space with direct lift access to the property.
We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, nespresso capsules, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

The Dubai Mall Metro Station is a short walk away, providing seamless connections to the rest of the city, including Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and the airport. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available at the building's entrance. For those driving, we offer a dedicated parking space with direct lift access to the apartment. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Please note that check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. A copy of each guest's passport is required prior to check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a fine of AED 500 for violations. Lost access cards incur a fine of AED 500, and lost keys result in a AED 200 charge. The apartment includes one parking space with direct lift access.
