If you’re driving, you’ll love how easy it is to get in and out of the community — it's located right between two major highways, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44). This means popular destinations like Dubai Marina, JBR, Mall of the Emirates, and even Downtown Dubai are just a short drive away, typically between 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic.
Public transport is still growing in this area, so while there aren’t metro stations within walking distance, taxis are easy to find and ride-hailing apps like Uber and Careem work very well here. They can pick you up right from your doorstep and take you wherever you need to go.
If you're planning to explore different parts of the city or go on day trips, renting a car is a convenient option — parking is easy and usually available right in front of the building.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.
We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.

Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1000.
