Situated in a quiet, residential area, this holiday home is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing holiday in Dorset. This ground floor annexe has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with quality and easy of use in mind. On entering the property, you are greeted by a welcoming light and airy kitchen complete with breakfast bar and stools, ideal for a quick breakfast before a day of exploring! The living room, at the front of the annexe, benefits from a comfortable settee, Smart TV and a dining table with two chairs. There is a modern tiled shower room, along with a utility cupboard just off the kitchen. The bedroom features a super King size bed, a choice of three pillows and Egyptian cotton bedding, it has a real feel of luxury and elegance. From the bedroom is a private patio door opening out to a south facing enclosed rear courtyard, a perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining in the summer! There are a lot of things that make this annexe/apartment great, from the secluded patio and private driveway parking, to the nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee but the real highlight has to be the amount of thought and time that has gone into making it a very special place to make memories with your loved ones. The annexe also has its very own private entrance, giving you privacy to come and go as you please. We are sure you'll absolutely love it, just as much as we do!

Just a short 10 minute walk away is Brewery Square, home to a selection of independent clothing shops, coffee shops, galleries, chain restaurants and an ODEON cinema. You can also explore the nearby Maumbury Rings, a Neolithic henge steeped in history just a 5 minute walk away. Also in Dorchester is Maiden Castle, one of the largest and most complex Iron Age hillforts in Europe. One of the areas most popular attractions is Hardy's Cottage, where you can step inside the birthplace of Dorset's most famous author and poet Thomas Hardy.

Please take these travel directions with you for arrival.

Directions from TESCO Dorchester. Follow the road straight into Dorchester until you reach the 2nd set of traffic lights. Turn right here and go past Maumbury rings on your left (Clarke’s windows on the right). Stay on Southcourt Avenue until you reach turning for Rothesay Rd on your right (white sign). Take the turning and follow Rothesay Rd all the way to the bottom. Rosenne is in the house at the bottom of this road, on your left. If you reach Melstock Avenue (vets, Chinese takeaway etc) you have gone too far.

The front door to the annexe is around the left hand side of the house. Please park on the driveway allowing enough space for another car to pass through on your right hand side.
