Charming house w/ private sea access & jacuzzi

A corner of paradise, with its small natural pool (which can be heated upon request!) set among the rocks, in the lush setting of a terraced garden waiting to be explored, with wonderful views of the sea just below, which reflects, throughout the day, all shades of blue.

A stunning place to relax!

The villa has recently been renovated and is available at a very competitive price. Come and spend a holiday or even just a few days of relaxation in a place that will remain etched in your memory for a long time! The estate consists of two units, the main house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, large outdoor porches) and an annex with bedroom and bathroom, separated from each other by the swimming pool and the terraced garden.

The main house can accommodate up to 7 people, distributed between two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two separate beds that can be joined if needed, and a single sofa bed in the living room. The rooms are located in the basement, which is always cool and sheltered from the summer heat. There are two bathrooms (one larger, the other carved into the rock smaller) and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is equipped with oven and gas stove, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, and with dishes and pots to prepare your own meals. There is a washing machine and air conditioning, but no TV.

The dependance, equipped with a double bed, can comfortably accommodate a couple.

The property is rented in full; all internal and external spaces are private and you will not find other guests on the estate.

Outside you will find numerous relaxation areas, partly covered. There is a large space for meals with friends, also equipped with a brick barbecue. In different points of the property you will find sunbeds, chairs or tables to enjoy the splendid views of the sea or relax in the shade of pines, carob trees, olive trees or other plants of the Mediterranean scrub, accompanied by the sound of cicadas. To cool off, just take a dip in the characteristic rock pool, small but sufficient for a few strokes or to relax with your family or friends.

The pool can be heated upon request for an extra charge of €100 for the preparation electricity costs. The pool heating is not needed in summer, but a nice add-on in (early) spring and (late) autumn if you plan to use the pool a lot, or if you're travelling with children. Depending on the season and the weather conditions, the water temperature usually reaches 22-28 °C even in March or November, but please keep in mind that this might vary and we cannot guarantee any specific temperature nor issue a refund in case the water temperature doesn't reach a specific value or your expectations.

The sea can be reached through a public access from the rocks, in about 4 minutes on foot. The nearest "beach" is Lido Ficò, well known as a VIP place, which is about 10 minutes away on foot (rocks as well). Do not miss the Cala dell'Acquaviva, one of the most wonderful (and most photographed) bays in Salento, about 20 minutes walk from the villa.

Nearby (but reachable only by car) there are some small sandy beaches, such as the beach of Porto Miggiano, Tricase Porto and Porto Badisco.

The charming village of Castro is just a few minutes away by car. You will find several supermarkets and restaurants within a few kilometers of the villa.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €160, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 08/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
