A Few Things to Know Before You Book Crystal Sands

1. No Party Zone
We love good vibes—but loud parties and events aren’t allowed. This keeps things peaceful for everyone and respects our neighbors. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep it relaxing for all guests.

2. Bring Your Cooking Basics
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, but for cleanliness, we don’t supply condiments, oils, or seasonings. If you plan on cooking, just bring your own ingredients!

3. Resort Fee Info
Palms of Destin charges a \$25/night resort fee, which is already included in your total. This gives you access to all the awesome amenities—pool, gym, hot tub, shuttle, and more! You’ll get your wristbands when you check in.

4. Booking Age Requirement
To book Crystal Sands, the main guest must be at least 25 years old** and staying at the condo. We do verify IDs for everyone's safety and to keep things running smoothly.

5. No Pets
We keep Crystal Sands pet-free to ensure a clean and allergy-friendly space for all guests. If you're traveling with an emotional support animal, please let us know in advance and send over documentation before your stay. Otherwise, it could result in fines or eviction.

6. Smoke-Free Space
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. The resort does offer designated smoking areas outside for your convenience.
