`The New Sleepover in Centennial ` is a comfortable home located in one of the most desirable areas of Denver. You`ll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to shops, parks and trails and I25 and I70. But you may decide not to leave Centennial since it has a vibrant shopping scene, great restaurants, and a choice of the best parks and trails in the Denver metro area.


Located on a spacious corner lot, the main floor offers a large kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home`s floor plan is perfect for families or a small group of friends / colleagues.

**HOUSE RULES:**

Maximum occupancy: 6 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.


No smoking in the home. / No pets. / No parties or events without prior written approval.

Please note there is a Ring Video Doorbell on the exterior of this home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:


We follow a strict cancellation policy on all websites.


If you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.
