Guests will have private access to the entire house and outdoor spaces. The Garage is reserved for owner storage. Please, make yourself at home.

4. Living Area – Bright lounge with fireplace, smart HDTV, and cozy seating for group gatherings. Dedicated office space + ultra-fast WiFi (700MB) make it easy to work or stream.
5. Outdoor Space – Private backyard retreat with hot tub, firepit, two sectionals, pergola lounge, and mature fruit trees (apple, peach, pear). Designed for year-round enjoyment.
6. Laundry & Comfort – In-unit washer/dryer, premium linens, and thoughtful touches throughout the home.
7. Walkability – Just a 5-minute stroll to Tennyson Street cafés, brunch spots, and breweries. Easy 5-minute drive to downtown Denver.

2. Downtown Access – A quick 5-minute drive or short rideshare brings you to Union Station, 16th Street Mall, Larimer Square, and the Convention Center.
3. Public Transportation – Multiple RTD bus stops are within walking distance, connecting you easily to downtown, LoDo, and Union Station for airport trains.
4. Rideshare Friendly – Uber and Lyft are widely available with fast pickup times in this area.

✸ Extended Stays: For bookings over 30 nights, a $175 monthly insurance fee applies.
✸ Pets: Dogs welcome with $200 non-refundable deposit. Please inform us at booking. No cats or other animals.
✸ Tech & Charging: Plenty of USB-A ports available. Bring USB-C adapters if needed.
✸ Safety: Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance for your protection. No cameras inside.
✸ Our team is nearby if you need assistance. Please message us right away if anything isn’t perfect, we’re happy to make it right quickly.
☀ Pet fees cover shampooing of the rugs and mats, and removal of pet hair between guests. However, any extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged separately. Please clean up after your pet.
✸ While we do have regular pest control, you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects in/around the property.
