Foothills Valley Retreat - Read Description Below

Nestled in the foothills of on the west side of Littleton, this delightful sunny "BASEMENT" studio is a charming retreat for our guests. The cozy space features 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a living room with a comfy futon that pulls down for a full bed. With amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenette, 1.5 bathrooms, and washing machine (for an additional fee), you will have everything you need for an excellent stay. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and additional items for convenience.
But what is really amazing about our property is the LOCATION! We are right at the base of some of the best hiking trails in the area! Also, if you like horses, there is an equestrian center just down the path from us.

To access the BASEMENT studio you will enter through our GARAGE and into your private entrance.
