Enjoy the sea and the beach in this beautiful apartment for 4+1 people in Dénia. It offers a refreshing shared pool and garden.

Outside, you can swim in the shared chlorine pool which sizes9 x 5 metres and has a depth ranging from 0.4 metres to 1.65 metres. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with sun loungers and umbrellas where you can enjoy the sun after a day at the beach.

The flat is located on the first floor of the building and offers a simple and modern style. On entering, we find the main room which accommodates the kitchen—living—dining room, equipped with TV, air conditioning and ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom in the house has a shower. We can provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is located just 200 metres from the beach of Santa Ana. It is an ideal beach for families, as the water is shallow and there are a lot of services available, such as showers, toilets, beach umbrellas and sun loungers for rent. In Denia you can visit the castle built in the 11th century; the municipal market which is the perfect place to experience the local culture and buy a wide variety of fresh produce; or the Montgo Natural Park which is a protected nature reserve just outside the town, the ideal place to go hiking and enjoy nature.

-The swimming pool is open all year round. The opening hours are from 10:00h to 14:00h and from 17:00h to 20:00h.
