Denne vakre, nye buktafronten har ca 2400 kvadratmeter boareal, med tre soverom og tre bad nede, og et veldig stort soverom (600 sq ft) og bad oppe. Denne andre etasjesuiten åpner til sin egen private dekk med flott utsikt over Mississippi Sound. De store åpne og dekkdekkene og den store verandaen fra stuen har fantastisk utsikt over lyden, kløften og Dauphin Island Bridge. Dette nye hjemmet er designet for maksimal utsikt fra alle rom. Under hjemmet er en utendørs dusj for enkel opprydding etter en dag i solen og også et grillområde og overbygd parkering. Den private og uncrowded lyd side hvite sandstranden tilbyr utmerket svømming, fiske og crabbing i det rolige, klare vannet og er perfekt for barna. Kjøkkenet har alle rustfrie hvitevarer, granitt benkeplater og fantastisk skap plass. Det er et eget vaskerom. Ett bad har et stort badekar og separat dusj. Stue og kjøkkenområde med hvelvet tak og utsikt over den vakre Mississippi-lyden. Den vakre gulvet i hele hjemmet er et tøft komposittmateriale med et rustikt treutseende. Det er kabel-tv med en stor smart TV i stua og i to soverom. Høyhastighets trådløst internett tilbys. Dette hjemmet har alle fasiliteter og er utstyrt med alt du trenger for en flott ferie i Dauphin Island.

Beautiful Location!

La Place is the perfect location on the island. Everything we needed or wanted was available, and the house was beautiful and welcoming. We had so much fun swimming in the bay and the ocean! Watching the lightening storms across the bay was also a special treat. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

On the Bay

This was our 4th family vacation to DI, but our first time to stay on the bay side of the island. It was perfect. A tropical storm kicked up while we were there and there were double red flags on the gulf side, meaning no water access, but all but one day the water in the bay was calm enough for swimming and fishing. Great house and perfect location.

90th Birthday Party

Booked with Vrbo last minute and got lucky. We rented LA Place in Dauphin island and boy did we luck out. Fantastic rental, great views, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Fun beach area on bay (owner needs to repair wooden walkway to bay) beach across the street,(never went there). Thank you

Amazing house and location!!

La Place was better than I expected. It sits on the bay side, but the beach is right across the street. We had 4 adults and 2 13-year girls - there was plenty of room for all of us, and then some! We would love to stay again!

DI ~ La Place

This is an amazing house with all the amenities & then some. Spacious & updated spaces to relax, unwind, & just hang out with family & friends. The wrap around porch & upper balcony is fabulous for viewing the Bay or Gulf side sunsets/sunrises. Cannot recommend this house enough for group travel, 2+ families/friends.

Pick your beach

Great location! Beach on the ocean and on the sound within walking distance. We had our pick of beach each day. The house is great too. Has everything a beach bum needs and then some. Only issue we had was checking in. It wasn't clear that we had to go to the real estate office but once we contacted them, they got us squared away quickly. The management team is awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Great view

The home is located in an area with a great view of both the ocean and the bay. Although it sits in the bay side of the street there is only one row of houses so you can see the ocean surf well. We enjoyed the view of the bay on rainy days and when eating dinner on the screened in porch. There was fox that would come out at dusk and dawn next door that we enjoyed watching. The home is comfortable. Much of the kitchen things you would need to cook all week. We walked across the street to the beach side and used one of the empty lots to enjoy the beach. We didn’t use the bayside. There does need to be a path cut to the bayside and the area that looks like a large tide pool was not something you would want your kids to wade or play in possibly due to the recent hurricane. Overall it was a great house and we enjoyed our stay.

LA Perfect

Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as advertised and we were very pleased with our stay. The kitchen is stocked with almost any cooking appliance imaginable, which made meal prep a breeze. The sunset view from the porches is perfect. We loved taking the little kids to the Mississippi Sound side in the back yard which is very shallow and worked out great for our 3 and 4 year old. We all enjoyed the gulf side as well. The older kids enjoyed splashing in the waves. It's hard to find a place that is a good fit for us and all 5 of our kids ranging in age from 3 to 14 but this home was perfect. Thank you for a great experience.

Annual Family/Friends vacation

This was our annual beach trip with our family and another family. We had ages 2-48 in our group. Total of 9 adults/teens 1 toddler (2) House was beautiful and great location. Island was so peaceful and relaxing. We had both Bayside access as well as beach access of the Gulf across the street. We very much enjoyed the stay. Ya gotta visit the Bakery😋 Only thing I feel could improve is pathway made to Bayside. Grass was high walking out to the Bayside. Overall we loved our stay

Mostly 5 stars

The house is beautiful and a great layout. The kitchen has everything you need. I do think the furniture needs to be replaced. I had to sweep up the pieces from the shedding of the sofas several times and there needs to be more dining chairs so we can all sit at the table at once. The house was not very clean, a layer of dust on most things, toenail clippings on a night stand, dust balls behind the doors.

Perfect for our family vacation!

The calm view from the back porch was great for morning coffee. Beach access right across the street made it easy for us to enjoy the water, sun and sand. The layout of the house was great for our group.

Great getaway if you want to 'chill out' and spend quality time with family - which we did.

The pictures our your website were very accurate. Kitchen was well equipped (we were there for Thanksgiving) and it was great space for 4 couples. Wifi/TV was hit and miss - not always an issue but it was a big football week. Andy came to our rescue the day we arrived to turn on water and on Thanksgiving morning to get a cable for the main TV. He was terrific!!!

Amazing Property!

This house had it all. Lots of space, clean, plenty of kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and couches, outdoor space, outdoor shower and screened in porch. We traveled with three small kids and found this property to be well suited for our family. You can definitely tell that whoever built this house really thought about the layout and amenities. We could walk a short ways to the sound side or the gulf side. We liked that there was a bit of a land barrier between us and the water; safer with small kids! The sunsets were beautiful from the deck. We would absolutely stay in this lovely house again.

Great vacation

Beautiful house and beautiful place.....house is spacious and just wonderful views with relaxing atmosphere. Our family loved it!!!! Get fishing and h house has everything you need from crockpot to stew pots. Highly recommend for relaxing vacation, and house can't be beat.

Onsite management is horrible

The home, as a whole, is great. However the Dauphin Island Real Estate team was rude. We were contacted about the house key a day in advance of checking in, and they instructed us of the wrong location to get the keys. Additionally, when we got to the house, there was no path to walk to the beach(overgrown knee-high marsh grass). When we asked the management team about this, they were rude and could not provide an answer... we had to cross the street multiple times a day to go to a beach behind another house. This was the OPPOSITE of what we wanted; the OPPOSITE of why we booked this house. Another issue was that the house advertised a King Bed. This bed was actually two twins pushed together. Finally, after talking with the management team, they specifically told us that if there were any issues other than the AC or a sewer issue, DO NOT contact them after hours or on weekends. So if the WiFi, cable, or a major appliance went out, we had to wait through the weekend and/or overnight to call them. We will NEVER book another DI home through this group.

Dauphin Island Paradise

This was our first time at Dauphin Island and it was breathtaking. With the house being on the sound side, it was like having our own private beach where the kids could play safely since the waves were much smaller than the gulf side of the island. We fished and sunned and swam and even caught 6 crabs. It was incredible. The house is gorgeous. Brand new and stocked with everything you could ever need. The beds and bedrooms provided privacy for our 3 families, but there were also many places to be between the porches and decks, we never felt on top of each other. We’re already trying to decide if we should rent this house again next year because we can’t imagine finding anything more perfect.

Very nice home

Beautiful house with plenty of room! The walk to the bay was very grown up though with barely any walk way. We decided to just cross the road to go to the ocean so it wasn't a huge deal. Loved the shower under the house so we could rinse off all the sand before we went inside.
