There is also a further shower room. You have a private terrace at the entrance with seating to enjoy the views and relax with a glass of wine. The private garden is on the ground level, grassed and ample seating to enjoy morning and evening views.

The Estate offers miles of quiet footpaths and cycle tracks to explore, and there are opportunities for many other outdoor activities in the area including climbing, hill walking, fishing and water sports on Loch Earn. For nature-lovers, the estate and area are a haven for wildlife. Look out for otters, pine martens and stoats, deer can be seen in the wood and field, and wild birds include, siskins, nuthatches, house martins, woodpeckers, buzzards and red kites.
