AT083 Creixell: This beautiful townhouse is located in the village of Creixell in a quiet area and only a 5 min drive to the beach. The private garden surrounding the house is quite large and is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers. There is an access to the communal swimming pool from the garden . On the ground floor we find the living room, the very well equipped kitchen and a toilet. Then on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms - two with double beds (1 with bathroom en suite), one with 2 single beds pushed together and the last bedroom with 2 bunk beds , and the second bathroom with bathtub. The living room and the two hottest bedrooms facing north have air conditioning, and the other two bedrooms have ceiling fans. Climbing the stairs you find the sun roof terrace with extensive views of the town and the sea in the distance. The rental price includes a place in the car park. There is a playground and tennis courts a few meters from the house. This house has a WIFI connection. Pets are not accepted and neither proup reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26.
