\What's included in the house:
- 2 bedrooms - main bedroom with Queen bed, bedroom 2 with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
- 1 bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
- The laundry is next to the bathroom, has a washing machine, with door to back yard
- Split system air conditioner and a Coonara style wood fire
- Ceiling fan in lounge room + 2 portable fans for the bedrooms
- Kitchen: 4 electric hot-plates, microwave oven (with convection and grill modes to use a traditional oven / grill), dishwasher
- TV with Hubbl box with a DVD player and board games.
- Weber Kettle BBQ (charcoal BBQ)
- Fully fenced yard
- Wi-Fi is connected.

There is a gate to enter the home and the front door is on a deck at the side of the home. The key safe is on a fence on the right side of the deck on the fence.

Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment.

Pets are NOT allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
