Lovely house located in the center of Costitx and in the heart of Mallorca. It has free WiFi and capacity for 6 people.

The terrace of the house offers clear views of the village and the imposing mountains of the Sierra. It is also designed to relax while sunbathing on the sun loungers or to enjoy pleasant meals in the open air. Here you will find a large table and a barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy delicious dishes. Next to the table, there is also an umbrella to protect you from the sun while you continue to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. As the house is located in the center of the village, there are direct neighbors.

The interior of the house is perfect for relaxing with your family and friends. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with AC and Smart TV. In addition, there is a table for 6 people. The kitchen, which is independent and has a ceramic hob and AC, has everything you need to prepare any dish. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In the house, there are also three double bedrooms (one of them with AC) and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Costitx is the perfect place to discover the authentic Mallorcan character. The village has all the basic facilities, although it is close to other villages such as Sineu or Inca where you will find everything you need to enjoy an independent stay. In Costitx you can visit the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, the archaeological site of Son Corró, Sa Sínia, the church of Santa Maria de Canarrossa or s'Aljub. The nearest beach is Playas de Muro, with crystal clear waters and fine sand, ideal, ideal for families.

Important information
-Because of Costitx's location in the center of the island, you may hear some airplanes going by.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay
