The Space:
Welcome to Lindenmere Horizon! Our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for families and groups. Enjoy exclusive access to the entire main floor and upper floor, complete with a private front door entrance and a spacious two-car garage. For larger groups and a more private stay, you can also book the walkout basement, which is usually rented separately.

King Master Bedroom (Upstairs): Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with a King bed, en-suite bathroom featuring a free-standing bathtub, double vanity, and ample closet space. This serene sanctuary promises a blissful stay.
Queen Bedroom (Upstairs): Adjacent to the master, this peaceful retreat offers a comfortable bed and soothing ambiance, perfect for rejuvenating sleep.
Twin Trundle Bedroom (Upstairs): Ideal for families or groups, this room features a twin bed with a twin trundle and a kid-sized activity table, ensuring little ones are entertained.
Twin Bedroom (Main Level): This cozy room provides a comfortable twin daybed, offering a perfect spot for a restful night's sleep.

Upstairs: The well-appointed full bathroom provides large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with feminine products and face wipes for a pampered and refreshed stay.
Main Level: The conveniently located half bath offers added convenience for you and your guests.

Step onto the small walkout deck right off the kitchen and savor your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air around the propane fire pit!
Guest Access:
1. Enter through the front door and you will be welcomed by the modern living area and updated kitchen. The master has a king bed and a brand new Smart TV to relax after a day’s worth of adventure. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin daybed, a third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle. All bedrooms are perfectly set up with fresh linens for your stay.
2. Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, measuring cups, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig.
3. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. You will also have access to a private washer and dryer, and be provided with laundry soap and dryer sheets for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.
4. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.
5. For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack n play for your little ones! We have a small table in the bedroom upstairs with kid-sized chairs for activities and the top of the bunk is all set up as a reading loft.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏠 Private Walkout Basement: The private walkout basement is rented separately most of the time, but you are welcome to book the WHOLE house with both listings for large groups and a more private stay.
