⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

🔊 Noise Notice: There may be other guests staying in the upstairs unit, which can be noisy at times. This basement-level unit is wonderful, stocked, and clean, but it may not be the best option for light sleepers.



⬇️ Stair Access: Please note that the stairs leading down to the unit may be steep and might not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.



🏠 Private Entrances: This is the basement unit, and we rent out the upstairs separately, but no worries—both units have their own private entrances!



🌡️ Thermostat Control: The thermostat is located in the upstairs unit and isn't accessible from this unit, but we're happy to adjust it remotely! Just let us know if you'd like any temperature changes for added comfort.



⬇️ Lower Ceilings: Since this is a basement unit, the ceilings are lower than usual. In some areas, the overhead clearance is only 6’ 4”.

Weekend stay

This property has been renovated recently, and is very cute! Thoughtful amenities such as nice linens, washer dryer & sound machines. Unfortunately the listing wasn’t able to covey that the air conditioning unit was in the main living space & there was none in the single bedroom. Sound machines were provided, but nothing can help the sound transference from unit above. It was severe. We could hear every footstep, door close, cabinet closing, conversations etc.from above unit. And if the other unit smoked outside it came in through the air conditioner. Unfortunately the style and great location cannot mask what was a fairly sleepless stay for our small family.
