Guest Access:

Heads-up: our place is on the upper floor and you’ll need to take the stairs—there’s no elevator.



Other Things to Note:

-Before confirming your stay, a short screening and ID verification are required.



-Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.



-My unit is located near the train tracks, and you may hear the sound of passing trains during your stay. While most guests find it to be a minor part of the area’s character, we understand that some pets may be more sensitive to unfamiliar sounds. If you’re traveling with a pet, please keep in mind that some animals may be more sensitive to the noise. We want you and your furry friend to feel as comfortable as possible, so we thought we’d mention it in advance.
