Our new construction custom designed condo is just a short walk to tons of the best restaurants in town. We like to do dinner out at Alleia or Main Street Meats, burgers at Slick’s Burgers, drinks or brunch at Flying Squirrel, oysters at Stir, and delicious bites at Hello Monty, State of Confusion, and Feed Table and Tavern. If you’d like to stay in and whip up a delicious dinner here, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances and sharp knives!

The apartment it self was nice. There was plenty of room, it was mostly clean(the baseboards and the lamps could use a good dusting), the artwork around the condo was cool, lots of kitchen and bathroom amenities. However, there were some concerns when it came to the outside of the apartment. Someone in the building smokes marijuana (the whole building smelled like it literally everyday). From the balcony we could see drug deals going on multiple times a day, and there was a night(around 2 o’clock in the morning) when a bunch of people(30-40) were hanging out on the corner where the condo faces, they were making quite a racket with their car noises, talking loudly and someone honking what sounded like a boat horn over and over again. Needless to say we got no sleep and we decided to leave earlier than our check out time. As nice as the apartment is on the inside, the neighborhood leaves much to be desired. There are lots of restaurants and parks in close proximity with easy access to sights but we didn’t feel very safe staying there with our son. If you have a young family I wouldn’t consider staying here. We definitely won’t be staying in this area again. We gave this a 3 star rating because the apartment was nice but the neighborhood was not and the host didn’t check in with us PRIOR to letting 2 guys(maintenance) into the apartment while we were sightseeing. There were no tv’s in any of the bedrooms as well.

Communication with host was minimal. I received a basic message with the access code, WiFi access info. I wrote back to inquire about checkin process; received another longer message but the info included directions and parking space number. There was nothing regarding check in/out time, managing trash, linens etc. Once we arrived, inside the unit was a notebook with more info. It would have been nice to have to host say that in the message.The unit is well appointed but not within walking distance to restaurants or other places as mentioned in the description. The Neighborhood didn’t give us confidence for walking around. It was noisy at night due to a hangout place nearby. The kitchen is nice, the beds are not. The frame in one room fell on the floor when our friends laid down to sleep. No bath mats for floor.

Cute unit but....

The unit was new and decorated nicely, however it was not as clean as it should have been. You could clearly see stains on the dishwasher door and on the kitchen island. There was also hair on the sofa and dust/dirt on the living room table tray and in other places. The neighborhood was sketchy to say the least. We booked a two night stay and was fortunately unable to make it the first night, however we were uncomfortable so did not stay on the second night. I think the neighborhood is transitioning so there is lots of future potential. There were a lot of restaurant choices that were within 20 minutes walking distance or about 4-5 minutes driving. The restaurant area was a lot more vibrant and felt safer. We drove, again the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. After we ate we headed back home.

Great Property

The condo is spacious, very clean and had a binder of all the rules, restaurants suggestions, etc. which was most helpful. If I ever get back to Chattanooga I hope this property will be available to rent.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW

Long story short I DID NOT stay at this location due to a booking issue after I reserved it but Davey contacted me, let me know of the issue and provided an alternative that was to my satisfaction. Davey could have just returned my money and apologized but he didn't. His entire focus was to make the situation right, and he did that. I think its important to point out when someone takes ownership of an issue because now anytime I come back to Chattanooga I will be looking for properties managed by Davey because he cares. But as for the property I did stay in, it was clean, looked just like the pics and I had no issues.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place to stay with lots of room to spread out with the kids. There was a lingering smell of cleaning products or air freshener that bothered our sensitive noses a bit, but the place was very clean. There was also some sketchy activity down the block we could observe from our balcony but we felt safe inside.

Was very impressed with the manager and easy to navigate check in process. The location wasn't bad however several homeless people would hang around the apartment and try to solicit money. Overall great apartment, amenities, and cleanliness. Really enjoyed this stay

Comfortable condo, looks exactly as pictured!

I was in the area for a cosmetic procedure and this condo had the perfect blend of functionality and comfort that I needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The shower pressure was good and the water was hot. The kitchen was well stocked with things you'd need to cook a meal. I'm a short person and was wonderfully surprised to find that the laundry room had a stool and a space heater, both of which I use daily while at my own home. The floorplan is great as there's a bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the kitchen and living area to provide privacy. Overall it was an excellent stay!

Best condo in Chatty for Ironman

We drove from Ottawa, Canada to race Ironman Chattanooga . We booked early as we had specific requirements and Davidson’s condo not only met the requirement, it surpassed them. Brand new, each bedroom had its own bathroom, spectacularly equipped kitchen, laundry room and bedrooms. Balcony was wonderful ….we highly recommend this property. Very close to the race….6 min by car 20 min quick walk. Very very accommodating host. If we ever are in Chattenooga whether it be for Ironman or just to see the sites, definitely will be booking this Condo. Thanks for everything Davidson

Quick trip to chattanooga

We had a quick trip up from the atl area, 3 nights. The home itself was wonderful, well kept, clean, everything we needed. The location was quite sketchy after dark and there is a large homeless population out and about as well as obvious drug deals seen from the balcony. With a toddler, it didnt exactly feel safe. While this is not the host's fault, please be aware if that makes you feel uncomfortable. Overall though we had a good experience

Nice property - Great stay !

We were in town for the Ironman race. It was less than a 2 mile drive to the venue at Ross’s Landing. So a good location for us. The condo is large, excellently stocked with supplies, very clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend.

New Years weekend trip

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property in Chattanooga! We love to walk everywhere and the location was perfect for us to do that. The place was clean and quiet! We were even able to sleep in late and still catch brunch one day. The host gave some good recommendations on places to visit. We will definitely use this host again when we return to Chattanooga.
