Welcome to this home on stunning Lake Norman. 5bed 3 bath lakefront home nestled in woods of small cove w/dock. Bring your family/friends to share serene days boating,swimming,floating,fishing,hiking or biking all in your own backyard. Enjoy romantic evenings by the fire, working from home with a change of scenery, girls' trip or golf trip. There's something for everyone. Discover the charm of this hidden lakefront home.

The Space
This cozy,secluded bohemian inspired cabin is beautifully interior designed, feel on the inside and very nature loving on the outside.

- Main floor (no stairs) Master bedroom, bathroom, open concept floor plan to kitchen, dinning room, family room, covered deck. Great for entertaining.
-3 guest rooms upstairs/queen beds
-Walk out basement 1 queen bed( not a private bedroom), laundry room, ping pong table, full bathroom, opens out to patio and firepit area, fenced in backyard. That leads down to dock.New paved walk way down to dock.
-Fully stocked kitchen ( starter kit 2 dish pods, 1 paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small dish soap and 3 garbage bags. Please plan accordingly for your length trip.


-Boat Rental, our families favorite thing to do while visiting the cabin.. getting out on the water! Enjoy the 24 foot Bennington Pontoon. Seasonal rates $499 per day includes insurance to operate. Mid April-Nov. varies on weather . The boat rental can be included with your home rental as an add on as well just let us know at booking how many days to add. Boat is conveniently located at the dock in the back yard. unlimited daily rental until dusk( note dock closes for gas daily at 5:00 and will need fueled up before returning to half tank. Lake Norman Marina is few min. from cove for gas.

-Boat Rules
.Please bring back with half tank of gas as it was when you took it out( send picture of fuel gage before and after) please we do not live in the area to re fuel this 300$ fine if not re fuel.
. No beaching ruins prop ( send pictures before and after of prop)
.No pets unless discussed ahead of time claws damage seats
.Life jackets must be worn it is the law in NC there are jackets provided but not any child size please bring if needed.
.No operating boat under the use of alcohol and no smoking on boat
.Please return boat clean and tied up well with pictures provided
. Do not sit on arm rests or doors.
.No rain checks or cancellations of any kind (even Due to weather)
.If any accessory switches are left on it will drain the battery... and a tech will have to come out and charge the battery you will be charged 220.00$ for this service. Please double check lights, radio, and any other switches are off at the return of your boat rental for the eve.

-3 kayaks, vests all provided free for use please return to the rack upside down when finished. If lost or damaged they will be replaced at guests costs. Vests found down among fence line by kayaks or inside boat for rentals.
