The apartment is big but the furniture is very old. It's located close to the beach, including public beach area one could use for free. The main problem was that when we arrived there was a very unpleasant smell. We assume that the apartment had been unoccupied for a long time before our arrival and had not been properly ventilated. We had to open all the windows and to keep them open for 2 days in order to get rid of the smell. Another problem was that there are no mosquito nets and of course there are a lot of mosquitos. Also you have to get the keys from the agency office in the centre, which is not very convenient (about 30 minutes walking or 15-20 by bus and the bus service is very infrequent). And you need to sign a contract with the agency and the procedure takes about 20-30 minutes. So for collecting the keys you have to spend about 1 hour which is absurd in 2026. All other apartments we booked during our stay in Italy were with self check in and hassle free. We would not recommend the property unless you are on a very tight budget.
