False Advertisement

There was no breakfast, sauna was not working. Staff said that they were converting to a retirement village and it was advertised on his website that there was no breakfast, etc but on vrbo site I saw these things. No fire also. Basically cheaper places elsewhere. Wouldn't bother going back and no pleased with false advertisement.

This Inn was conveniently located if visiting the Killington area, but needs a bit of updating. There was an amazing fireplace in the center of the building, but we were disappointed that it was never actively lit during our stay. The room was clean and the game rooms downstairs were fun, but again everything was very outdated. Great for larger groups of people or stays where you don't plan on spending a lot of time inside the Inn.

Overall decent property. Great value. Room was clean and spacious. Comfy bed. Good hot shower. Room also had a small fridge which was handy. And free wifi in the room. A hot tub would have been perfect. I'd come back again.

This property need some updates, I never saw a person on the front desk, I got late check in, my keys were on envelope on front door witch was ok, and check out, I just left the keys on front desk

Not bad for the price

The room was clean and met our needs for a 3 night ski trip at Killington. The building itself is outdated and a little creepy on Sunday night when we were one of the few people staying. Half the building is under construction and they provided bare minimum. The lobby area did not have coffee 2 of the 3 mornings. When we checked in or had any questions throughout the weekend the customer service was sub par - I felt like an annoyance to the older gentleman behind the desk. The woman who checked us out, however, was very nice! Also, if you try to call ahead of time to let them know you're checking in late (as the confirmation email instructs you to do) don't expect a phone call back. I called 4 times in the 3 weeks leading up to our stay and the calls were always routed to an answering service who was unable to answer any questions and would just take my name and promise a call back. I finally got to speak with someone the Friday morning of our stay that evening.

Big, clean room with a nice view. Eaven is not brekfast at the hotel you can have tee or coffe. The beds are very large and confortable.

** DON’T GET HOOKED WITH A GOOD DEAL ** This place is absolutely disgusting and nothing like what it seems online. Incredibly dirty on site! My fiancé and I show up to the hotel on a Saturday to find no cars in the parking lot. It felt odd but we figured everyone was up at the mountain skiing. As you walk into the entrance, you’re greeted with a strong, musky, wet smell. It smelled like mold. As you walk in, there is a doorway to the innaediate right of the counter that is plastic sheeted off, as if they are renovating. Nobody was at the counter, just a sign with a phone saying to call if you need service. Turns out half the hotel is kept open, but there are zero amenities. Even the fire place in the front is not in service. No breakfast, pool or hot tub. This place had been boarded up since last April, undergoing renovation for a senior living conversion. Judging by when reviews started to appear again, they opened it up again at the beginning of the year to take advantage of the revenues that come with the ski season. This place is straight up CREEPY, not a single person was walking around when we came in to check in. They wouldn’t give us a refund when we found out the place wasn’t what it seemed and still opted to stay up the street at the North Star Lodge and Resort. SO MUCH BETTER Don’t come here if you’re expecting anything more than a bed to crash and bring a face mask to avoid probable mold inhalation

This was our 1st time staying at the Cortina Inn. It's location to Killington mountain was fantastic. However when booking the hotel with my husband and my 2 children 1 of the things I was looking for was a breakfast included. We were disappointed to find out that the breakfast was not included and not even available. It stated free Wi-Fi and there was no Wi-Fi. I also picked this resort for the ambience of the cool fireplace in the middle of the Room which apparently is not working and will not be working the rest of the season . It was a little disappointing for our kids 1st time up to Killington.
