It is located a stone's throw from Capoliveri (the village can be reached by car in 3') and very close to the delightful beach of Madonna delle Grazie (also reachable on foot in 10' via a country path), as well as other renowned beaches on the slope such as Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata, Straccoligno. It is surrounded by a large land of relevance, with olive trees and fruit trees. The stay in this house guarantees a holiday in absolute tranquility, and also at fairly cool temperatures thanks to the height and the surrounding vegetation. You can enjoy a splendid sea view with breathtaking sunsets, and admire the stars in the evening listening to the song of the crickets.

On the ground floor of the villa, it consists of a large living room with open kitchen (where we also find an additional bed), dining area overlooking a large porch equipped with a dining table and deck chairs.
Then we find a bedroom with a double bed, and a triple bedroom (with a French sofa and a single bed) * the photos were taken before the modification of the double room. Both bedrooms overlook the large porch through French windows. Two bathrooms both with shower cabin.

On the first floor of the villa, it consists of a large living room with open kitchen, two sofas (one of which is a bed), dining area overlooking a large panoramic terrace equipped with deck chairs and a table with rattan chairs.
Then we find a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds; both bedrooms overlook the large terrace through French windows.
Two bathrooms, both with windows, and both with a crystal shower in Amalfi blue.
