- The pool area has no gate. Please watch children near the pool and canal at all times.

- The yard is not fenced, so please keep dogs on a leash outside.

- The boat lift is for owner use only.

- Pool heat: $50 for stays up to 3 nights, plus $10 for each extra night. Request it 24-48 hours ahead.

- Dogs: $50 each, any size, no limit. No cats.

- Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties.

- Exterior cameras only. A short guest agreement is sent before your stay.
