Upon entering the home you will be greeted by the beautiful fireplace and large mounted TV - perfect for a movie night. There is a also a small bar table and 3 barstools behind the couch for extra seating! Th kitchen is stocked with all of the cooking essentials to make a delicious meal! There is also a dining table that seats 6 guests and has direct view of the pool area!

This home has 3 bedrooms. The king master bedroom which also features an ensuite bathroom. There are also two queen guest bedrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for that extra sleeping space.

The large outside screened in lanai is like an outside oasis. A newly built heated saltwater pool with spa! There are also gorgeous pool lights to enjoy in the evening! This home has plenty of outdoor loungers to soak up the Florida sun! There is also an outdoor dining table that seats 6 guests and is the perfect place to enjoy meals together. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file.
